A quick hike down a beach trail gets you to the water in about 6 minutes. The North end of Seaside is quiet and private. This is a great touch down spot for a fun family get away.

This home is nicely appointed with plenty of room for family. The location is on a quiet street away from the busy boardwalk in Seaside and a very short walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was better than expected. Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, a killer TV room with a sofa for 7 people. Great value.

Spacious home for larger families, clean and plenty of towels and supplies available. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the prom. Only advice it is located close to a water treatment plant. The smell can be intense at times. But we knew that going in.

My best friend and I are both getting married this year. We are each others maid of honor! We decided to celebrate together and have our Bachelorette here. It was perfect! We wanted low key and relaxing and it was exactly that. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. We were able to walk to the boardwalk as well. The only issue we had was the master bath toilet running constantly. I left a note about it with the manager. Hopefully that gets fixed (for their sake!) We loved it decided to celebrate by having an anniversary trip every year! Haha! Did we just create a thing?

The location was central to everything, super close to the beach! Spacious house with everything you need! Very comfortable. Host was not very communicative, had questions but none were ever answered. But other than that it was a great place! Recommended!

The house was so relaxing, a lovely addition to our annual Seaside visit. Our favorite part was that is had a big loft with a couch to watch movies and see people from up high! Thank you so much for making our stay even better!

Great stay
This was a great place for us to stay! Plenty of room for our family. There was a nice short walking path to the beach from the house. Also had an outside shower faucet for all of us to rinse the sand off.

Wonderful property and location. Property managers were very responsive when I had questions. Note: when asked about grills for cooking, I was told there was a charcoal AND a gas grill—that is mot accurate; there is only a charcoal grill.

This was our first ever family trip with kids as adults ! Made awesome memories ! Plenty of room!!! We could hear the ocean waves from our stayhouse! Thank you so much!

The dryer was broken the whole stay, unfortunately we were counting on using it. The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t flush without water being dumped in. The hall bathroom sink would hardly drain and the house is almost across from a wastewater plant the was running all the time and occasionally letting off obnoxious fumes

Overall a good property and location. Walking distance to the beach and reasonable base for exploring the coast. Most kitchen and bath needs are included, as well as some beach toys. Negatives, in order of importance:
* Secondary beds such as upstairs are old worn spring beds, and are not usable. Sleeping on the sofa was more comfortable.
* No garage opener, not even a wall switch. You have to open and close it by hand or just forego using it.
* Getting the door code required answering "20 questions” like what's your age, do you agree to be quiet certain hours, how many guests, etc. I don't mind an online questionnaire but having to listen to someone read me the script was annoying.

Wonderful location at the north end of seaside. Short walk to the beach, plenty of amenities in the home and lots of beach toys for the kids. Would definitely stay here again, although the lack of air conditioning on what happened to be the hottest days of the year was an unfortunate coincidence.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very accommodating. The upstairs bedrooms had pretty uncomfortable beds, but it worked out since we just had the kids up there. We found that we really had everything we needed! From extra sand toys to all of the kitchen pots/pans for making our daughters birthday cake. We really enjoyed our stay
