Two of us stayed for a long weekend. Everything was just as described, so simply lovely, and the location of this home was walking distance to the town and a 3 minute drive to the market. The kitchen had everything we needed for our light cooking and we enjoyed the gas-fueled fireplace which made it really cozy. I had a few questions for the host and they responded swiftly whether it was day or night. I'll definitely stay here again if we go back. Highly recommended!

The house was excellent. Being by the library field was really nice with young kids and right by bus stop. Only drawback was road noise at night in the front two bedrooms being right on park. I would definitely stay here again

We loved this stay! You can’t beat the location. We didn’t even take the free bus. We walked both to historic downtown and the lodge!!! The house is so inviting and comfortable that one morning we stayed in an read by the fire!! I had one question at check out and they got back to me right away. 5 stars all the way!!

This property on Park Avenue had everything we wanted - close proximity to the slopes (we walked), a hot tub for apres ski, enough beds and bedrooms for our whole family, great bath tubs, well stocked kitchen, clean and comfy, literally perfect! We will definitely be back!

My husband & I spent a long Memorial weekend here and loved it! Property was clean, in a GREAT location, the kitchen was very well-equipped, hot tub was really nice, property manager was helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location with easy access to town and large park as back yard
Loved our 4 night stay. Easy 5 min stroll to Main St with shops & restaurants. House was awesome. Very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Favorite part was back patio with hot tub and huge park!

House is fantastic. Location is great, especially if you have kids that need to get outside. The house backyard is actually a HUGE grassy park. Perfect for just being outside or letting little ones play. Two sitting areas provides plenty of options to relax, play games, etc.
Hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Next door neighbors were very friendly and ended up sharing our grilled dinner and they shared their local beer.
Location was easy walk if want to get into the main street restaurants. There is a great cafe and coffee shop just about 3 blocks away.
Property managers Connie and Sam were very friendly and helpful. Connie was always available to help with questions (text was fastest).
Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this home.

Great stay !
We enjoyed this property. Lots of room downstairs for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We walked to the ski lifts which was great. It is about a 5 minute walk uphill which was fine for us because we had teenagers. It would be hard for your get families but the shuttle is right outside which is great too. We walked into town for dinner which was nice to be able to do. A fantastic new hot tub. Connie was an excellent host and. Communication was very good. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location!
We loved our stay at this townhouse. It was the perfect location....about a 5 minute walk to the resort base. We stored our skis at the Park City base which was very convenient. Further up Main St to the restaurants was about a 10 minute walk. Fresh Market is close by and convenient. The condo is clean and perfectly stocked for anything you need. Beds were really comfortable. The fireplace with two living areas was the perfect cozy spot to unwind at the end of a ski day. Connie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect spot in Park City
This is far and above the best rental house I've ever stayed in. The house was clean, well appointed, and well stocked. The location was perfect - shuttle stops literally right outside, and close enough to Main St. without being in the middle of all that congestion. About a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute shuttle) to Main St., and a 5-minute shuttle ride to Park City Mountain base. We also enjoyed watching the dogs play in the large park that's behind the house. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, check in/out was simple and easy. We're already talking about next year's trip!

Accommodating, Great location, Two thumbs Up!
Connie communicated efficiently and provided us with an awesome home for our ski trip. The location is great as it’s a casual walk to the Town Center lifts and just a stones throw from the bus should you decide to take the Free local bus shuttles. We took the bus to Main Street as it’s an uphill and walked the streets home downhill. The dog park out back was really cool to check out especially enjoying the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Park City is such a great town and I would stay here at this home again.

Extremely clean and the location is the most convenient. Stayed here with a family of five and there was plenty of room! None of us had one complaint - will definitely be back!

Great Property
We had a awesome stay at this home. It is very up to date and located in a great location in Park City. Close enough to walk almost anywhere. The beds are very comfortable and eneryone was able to get a good night of sleep.
The Kitchen is well equipped which made it easy to cook and eat in. We had a group of 9 and the property fit us very well.

Perfect place for Park City!
Loved this property! Perfect location for quick walk to the lifts and Park City. Newer house with excellent amenities and comfort. We were a group of 7 guys and fit comfortably. Plenty of sleeping options and space. Look forward to renting again next year!

We loved this beautiful house in Park City. The location was amazing. We walked to dinner on Main Street every night and rode the bus (bus stop directly across the street) to the slopes every day. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely rent this house again. The management company was wonderful to work with!

we had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights in February. There were only 3 of us (2 adults and a five year old) but there was definitely room for another family...the rental had everything we needed...even sleds in he garage which we used one day! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and maintained...Connie was extremely helpful and readily available for any questions, etc...and her information booklet at the rental was wonderful--including takeout menus, etc.The shuttle bus is literally right outside so getting to the slopes at park city was so easy and only like 5 minutes away...and walking to town was about 5 minutes as well..We will definitely book this property again..Nothing but positive things to say about it...Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and stress free!!

Everything was as expected. The location was great for the slopes and Main Street as we walked to both each day. The house was spacious with room for 7 adults. The living arrangements provided enough room with lounge space and TV watching. The kitchen was well stocked - even a crockpot! The house was clean, updated and quiet. The hot tub had some malfunctions but Connie was very responsive to get it all working. I would recommend checking the hot tub first thing if you plan on using it. Overall we had a great trip and Connie was just a phone call away. I would highly recommend this house!!
