The house was perfect for our needs and very nicely updated. The owners were quick to respond and very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed the home feeling. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Nice porch with rocking chairs.

My husband and I were there for our daughters graduation. This was close enough to the college without having to be in a hotel. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The host had a pamphlet with all the information necessary to be able to navigate the electronics in the home. I had to call a couple times with questions and they were quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!

Great little house. Enjoyed staying here during my visits to Spokane while attending school at Gonzaga. Easy to walk or drive to school. Family friendly and have my dog and feel like a home away from home.

A perfect base for our weekend trip to visit family in the Spokane area. Accessible to everywhere we wanted to go, and convenient to great local spots like Donut Parade, to help recharge. Would love to stay again!

Great communication with owner and a very nice house. It was perfect for visiting Gonzaga with my son, gathering dorm supplies to put in storage until Fall. Loved the modern touches, comfy beds and it was great to have coffee provided for the Keurig. Booked again for move-in weekend. 😁

Older neighborhood but home was nicely renovated and well stocked. Good location to get to most places in Spokane.

It was a great location just minutes from my son and downtown Spokane . Very clean and up to date , dog friendly with fenced back yard . We would book this place again.

Upon arrival, the house was very clean and organized. Anna and Harry were incredibly receptive and timely with their responses about any questions we had. The house was very gorgeous and comfortable. Checking in and out was very simple. Would stay again!

Everything about this home went beyond our expectations. Booking and communication with Anna was great. My brother and I have booked through VRBO numerous times and this property is extra special. Very comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you would ever need, a bathroom with special amenities, easy parking, and access to all that Spokane has to offer. We hope to come back in the Spring, when we can sit out back and enjoy our morning coffee.

Well, I spent about 2 months and 3 weeks at the property. First, the positive things. The owners Anna and Harry were very accommodating and responsive. The air conditioning worked great especially during some of the hot, 100+ days. The memory foam bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were acceptable even though the water line in the fridge broke twice, it supplies the filtered water and ice maker. Harry fixed it once but the second time it was just turned off. Now the negative. The house was very dark with just okay lighting. Nice porch in front but the location is in a very, what I’d calll, “sketchy” and not safe neighborhood. I sat out front only twice for I heard a lot of neighbors verbally aurguing and fighting. After that I’d try to relax out back. The back had a decent 6 top table but it looked out on an ally (cobbled together chain link fence with no privacy)! On top of looking at a dumpster and low income apartments I experienced young men walking down the ally at night, urinating in the ally and, again domestic yelling and arguing. The front street has an appliance damaged and dented warehouse down the road so delivery trucks we’re driving up and down the road frequently. I definitely don’t recommend this for long term rental and questionable for short term.

Gonzaga Gem is a great house, very comfortable & clean. I enjoyed the accommodations, easy access, bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping & my family. I will definitely return.

Nice location, it was quiet and we didn't have any noise from outside(road noise/loud neighbors) Short drive to the farm country for a wedding. The tv was perfect and we were able to watch our favorite sports team play. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
