Pros: *Beautiful house; Master bath is dreamy*Lovely neighborhood with easy, beach access *Beds are comfy*Responsive to my communication *Cool fire pit*Great beach accessoriesCons:*Very basic amenities. Basic as in we had to request pot holders (to pull hot things out of the oven) because there were zero in the house. Not even salt and pepper shakers. Buy extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.*The Golf Cart isn't very useful, other than to go to the community pool. To take it to the beach you have to cross the (very busy) highway; not ideal.*After requesting potholders and help with the grill (that requires about 400 attempts to turn on) they responded quickly, initially. After telling me to check the drawers for potholders, which we'd obviously done, they didn't say anything else. A few hours later a random guy showed up on the front porch and knocked over and over. We were at the pool, but our teenage niece and daughter were at the house and were pretty startled. We didn't know they were coming so we didn't tell the girls to expect anyone. When I pointed this out to Coast, they just brushed it off and didn't think it was a big deal to show up unannounced. We were appreciative to not have to use little bath towels to pull things out of the oven but definitely thought it was weird to just show up like that. *You have to be 16 to use the bikes. That sucked.*The wood is broken around the deadbolt on the front door jamb.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool was huge and so pretty — our grandkids absolutely loved spending time in it every day.The owners provided tons of beach toys and beach chairs, which was such a nice bonus for families. The bikes rode great and were fun to use around the area. There was also a beach umbrella available, although we didn’t end up using it.The golf cart batteries did run down fairly quickly, but it still had enough charge to get us to and from the beach without any issues. A few areas of paint inside could use some touch-ups, but overall the home was very well maintained and comfortable.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

The house was fantastic in a quiet & seemingly safe little community. Location allows easy access to beaches and also both 30a and PCB. Will book again.

We have stayed at this property 2 times now. It has everything you need plus the use of a cart. It is showing signs of wear, it needs painted. We did have some issues with the bikes. They were very quick to respond with any issue we had!
