5 of us stayed at the house for 3 weeks. We picked this for the 3 double beds and outside furniture with 5seats and 2 loungers.The house is lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen.The pool and outside area was nice, and it was good to have the outside toilet.You get 1 type of towel each, including beach towel.The management company overall were helpful and reactive.The smoke alarm battery ran out the first night and was beeping and there was no emergency contact (or no answer to the VRBO messages and WhatsApp), so not a great start as we’d had very little sleep.Both sunbeds were rusty and uncomfy with holes, and we went straight through one when sitting on it.Had to ask for the BBQ code to unlock it despite me having paid for it.They replied immediately at 9pm-didn’t expect a reply until the next morning.The WiFi was awful and they did get the ISP out twice.There were a few miscommunications but did try and sort the problem,It was better but still dropped out frequently.The downstairs mattress was particularly uncomfy and I asked for a mattress topper that arrived from Amazon by 8am the next morning.Backs on to a busy road so could be noisy. West facing so could do with umbrella for afternoon shade.Tended to only have weekend neighbours.Very busy 4 way stop sign down the road which increased journey times by 10-15 mins.Nice pool in the main complex.Was OK for the price but unlikely to return. You can tell its a business rather than something that’s used by the owner

The house was great. Very spacious and centrally located for Disney and Universal. The host was responsive and provided all information needed/answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here.

A lovely house for Grandparents, Parents, and the children all together. Clean, comfortable and fun little pool! Communication with the management host was great. Thanks for a lovely family vacation. Will definitely be looking at this house for next years vacation!

The property served our needs perfectly. We were able to take a quick dip in the pool as well as take advantage of the community pool. The kids loved the lazy river and the play area for small children. The drive to/from the Disney parks took about 30/40 minutes depending on traffic but that was pretty normal from our other stays in this area. Some of the neighboring condos were being a little noisy, but it is hard to control for shop would be renting week to week and it wasn’t disruptive. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
