We wanted to rent a 3 bedroom condo on the beach between Panama City and Fort Walton Beach for our family vacation this 4th of July weekend and searched around. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers so we wanted a spacious unit. It was difficult to find one on the beach that met our requirements or prices were too high. We expanded our search to walking to the beach instead of on the beach and came across this unit and we are really happy we booked this home. It was just across Front Beach Road and once you crossed the road, you used the public access path to get to the beach. Getting to the beach was almost as easy as from large complexes directly on the beach I rented in the past. The house appears to be newly built or totally renovated. It is a big spacious home with very large bedrooms and is very well furnished. It is tastefully decorated. There is a large balcony with adequate seating for our large family. There is a extra living room on top level for teenagers to hang out or for those that need some extra privacy or late night TV watching without disturbing others. Plenty of linen. There were at least 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella and some other beach items and I did not have to unload and load any of my beach items. Management was very responsive. We used text messaging and got very quick responses. We noticed some minor plumbing issues and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. Highly recommend this property and management company. We will be back J&J

We were extremely impressed with the house and it's surroundings. Great location and access to the Beach. Owner had all the beach supplies need for your daily beach outings. (Chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc.) We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the beach as well as sunsets from the bonus room located on the third floor. The house has three zone climate controls. Will absolutely stay again at this location when visiting Panama City Beach area.

We had a great stay! Blue Swell is top notch. House was beautiful! Absolutely loved being across the street from the beach. Already planning our next trip, we would definitely stay here again. We love the neighborhood because there aren’t so many people and there’s easy access to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. West Panama City is our stay of choice!
