It was a quiet street.
2 Block walk to boardwalk and beach

The property and location were perfect for my family. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, overall very happy with our stay. The check in and out process was not as convenient as I would have liked because there’s a near ten minute drive to pick up and drop off keys, would have been nice to use a code or drop box instead.

Going up the stairs to the condo, the railings were dirty and scummy. Not a good first impression before going into the condo. In the condo, many lights were burnt out, the rugs were badly stained, the fans looked like they have not been dusted in a few years, the garbage can for the recyclables needed cleaning and on the shower valve a screw is coming out in the main bathroom. Overall the place is just ok. The appliances all worked and no problems with the internet. I wish we would have been told where the trash cans were outside before we arrived so we did not have to go looking all over for it. I had tried calling on Saturday morning (they said they were open Monday through Saturday) and according to the message they were closed. It was about 10:30. We were able to figure out our problem.

The only reason this is not getting a good review is because of the cleanliness of the house. It seems like the cleaners only did a very surface clean, we were staying with three young children and when we moved the central ottoman over maybe an inch or two there was a used jello shot syringe we found on the floor, the side of the cabinet and floor around the garbage can was very sticky like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and we were left with no garbage bag in one of the garbage cans. Just simple things that we felt would've been picked up on if they did more than just a light surface clean, it made us wonder what else we couldn't blatantly see. And the shower in the main hallway drains so slowly
The location was great, could walk everywhere we needed to go so that was a plus though, just needs a better cleaning.

The dryer timer did not work and we were glad we noticed that after two hours the knob did not move because that is dangerous and could have caused a fire. I would not trust this listing again. It is managed by a realty company and the listing was inaccurate.

This was a excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, had everything you would need to function and entertain. I would book this place once a year to continue to create family vacations. Easy to check in and out. Close to beach and boardwalk. It was perfect, we miss it already.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. Everyone raved about it. We would definitely stay again next year except maybe on the 1st floor as our group is getting older. I would recommend this house to anyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. The decor was beautiful!! I cannot Express enough how much we loved it!

Excellent rental property, very impressed
This 3 bedroom rental was very spacious. Lots of closet space, open kitchen space and eating/living area were great. Spacious laundry room and 2 bathrooms accommodated our family vacation. The unit offered lots of glasses, dishes and cookware. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic & Accommodating!
From the moment we walked in until the minute we walked out, we enjoyed our stay! This beautiful home made our trip that much more enjoyable and we are so happy that we stayed here. We really loved the beachy feel with the updated decor, the open floor plan, garage parking, garage space for beach items, outdoor shower and location... just to name a few things! The owners have really thought of everything and make your stay very accommodating. We cannot recommend this place enough, thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again :)
