I stayed 2 weeks here and had a great time - the appliances are all new and working well, there is a large TV, and the location of the building is incredible, right next to French Quarter, Harrah's, Sheraton, etc.
My only complaints are the noise and the cleanliness. There are lots of dents/holes in the walls, and lots of miscellaneous stains that I feel could have been cleaned up with more care. These stains were gross to look at and there was one on each wall. The bed was not super comfortable and had stains on the sheets as well.
People and cars are very loud outside and the windows in the bedroom provide zero sound protection. I checked several times if they were open, because they may as well have been. Bring good earplugs if you want to sleep, but it would be great if the managers could fix the windows.
