This is a great stay for families. The basement is a dream come true for kids and teens, while the upstairs has some great, tranquil spots for adults to unwind with a glass of wine. Close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge

This was very fun and a great property the best we have stayed in the mountains!! the only thing I have to say is be careful when coming in the back door with the steps being right there! my son did tumble down, but he wasn’t paying attention. He is Okayy I still 10/10 recommend this property!!!

Absolutely wonderful!!

Upon our arrival, we were shocked that the side door was completely unlocked. We did a thorough walkthrough to ensure there was no one hiding inside and contacted the Owner immediately. We hate to leave a negative review but we were very disappointed with how dirty the house was. There was dirt and large pieces of old food under all counters., we had to wash all of the dishes before using as they all were dirty, dried food on plates. Can-opener doesn’t work, only two coffee cups for a house that sleeps at least 6 adults. This is not a functioning kitchen to cook in. We had to cook our Thanksgiving meal with inadequate dishes and utensils. There was old french fries under the master bed, a dirty sock and trash under the 2nd bedroom bed along with small empty boxes in the corner of the room and there was trash sitting in the closet. The cleaning fee we paid is disappointing for what we received. Every blind in the dinning room is broken, you can’t raise them to enjoy the views. There is an ironing board but no iron and zero board games. We sent multiple pictures to the owner and they were very apologetic and responsive but for this price level of home, it should have been clean with much nicer amenities including board games. The owner said that they likely have walked off. The location is very nice and secluded. We had a great time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but unfortunately would not stay here again.
