A very comfortable stay with everything you could need. The courtyard, patio, and side yard were private with a grand view of the Santa Rita mountains.

We enjoyed our stay in this Arizona townhouse. Lots of room and everything we needed for a week was supplied. The master bed was comfortable, and we liked having a tv in our bedroom. We had an issue and we talked to the owner, and he took care of it. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the quiet peaceful neighborhood, and the view of the mountains from the back patio is beautiful. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Ken was a super host and answered any question immediately. We love the Green Valley area and would come back to stay here again.

It was a great time sitting outside and inside enjoying the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and necessities were plentiful. The only thing missing was Kleenex. 🤧 We will definitely request to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you!

We were traveling to see family but wanted a little "elbow room" at the end of the day. Condo was well appointed, beds were comfortable and host was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was excellent, the only issue that we had was partly our fault as the owner (Ken) sent me instructions on how to connect to the internet but we grabbed the booklet that was at the property and had some trouble getting connected. As it turned out, the booklet was for the other rental and the instuctions were slightly different and when we reached out to the owner, he responded almost immediately with the correct instructions. Ken had sent us the instructions before we arrived and had we looked at those, there would have been no issue at all. The views from the house were incredible, everything was very comfortable, and we had EVERYTHING we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, lving area we3re comfortable, and there is even a screened in porch if you didn't want to be outside. As we said before, communication with the owner wass spot on and we had a wonderful stay. We are just hoping that not too many people find out about this gem so that we can visit again and again!!
