Great pickle ball court and large lawn for games. A terrific property for a family reunion.

We planned our family reunion for 50 at this beautiful home overlooking Bear Lake. We had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay from bedding to games to toiletries to kitchen ware. There are 9 bedrooms with 3 having a king bed, 2 having bunks for 6 people plus more mattresses for the floor, and 4 with one or two bunks and a king in each. Also supplied with pack and plays, high chairs, Barbecues. You will need cars for beach access and to haul your garbage. Wifi worked well. Owners were available whenever we needed them. Definitely a 5 star stay!

This was an amazing spot to relax in comfort with all of our family during a family reunion. Close to town + Bear Lake. There were many thoughtful touches, like plenty of hooks throughout the house for towels & jackets. They also had fans in each room. Things were easily labeled and instructions were easily visible and clear. Beds were comfy and clean with plenty of pillows and blankets. And the room darkening shades were very helpful in the bedrooms!
All of the home was spotless. Lots of games, puzzles, beach and water toys, as well as toys at the house. The 2 bunk areas were perfect for older teens and younger kiddos and nicely separated to reduce noise. The kitchen was well-equipped and double ovens were a plus.
The view was amazingly beautiful and none of us wanted to leave after being pampered away from home in this lovely home. Thank you for the stay. We’d love to come back again in the future!

We had a great stay at this rental for a family
Reunion. It was close to Garden City (lots of raspberry shakes, Pickleville Playhouse) and the pickleball court was in constant use. We also had a campfire one evening and the smaller kids loved the playground. We were a little bummed the hammocks weren’t there!

With a large family group we have a lot of opinions and needs. This house met all of our requirements. The playground, yard and view were phenomenal. The pickle ball quart was an instant crowd pleaser. Contact with the host was easy and almost always I had an immediate answer or response. Adults were able to enjoy themselves because there was so much for the kids to do.

It was an amazing property and exactly what we needed for our family reunion. The proximity to Bear Lake was perfect, the property and land was exactly what we needed to run all of our games. The playground on property was perfect and we made good use of the pickleball court daily. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family gathered from Pennsylvania, Iowa, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Though it was early in the summer and the lake water was very cold, we found many fun activities to keep everyone engaged and loving there time at Bear Lake. The greatest benefit is that all 40 of us were able to stay comfortably under one roof.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations. Amy went out of her way to make sure we had enough space for everyone when an issue arised. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend and the place was beautiful. Everyone in my group wants to book again for next year.

This is an incredible place! The management is super responsive and provides everything you will need ever need. The home is just beautiful and has so many good sleeping and gathering spaces! We will definitely return with our large family group.

I have six siblings: five are married and four of the couples have children. Our family hasn’t had a Christmas together in 30 years or more. Our dad was recently diagnosed with metastatic disease, and we wanted to try to gather as many of his children and grandchildren as possible for a memorable Christmas. This house easily and comfortably accommodated all 30 of us and would have been fine with many more. What a beautiful landscape for our holiday gathering. The house is well-stocked with everything we needed and even had a Christmas tree for our presents. We couldn’t have been happier being all together at Bear Lake Life 365.

We loved our stay here at Bear Lake 365 for Thanksgiving. We have a really large family & needed a place for everyone so this was the perfect spot. Amy was really great to work with & responded quickly with any questions or issues we had. We loved the multiple living areas and seating enough for our large group. Even though it was cold there was lots to do with toys in the garage (ping-pong, scooters, bikes) & the hill in the yard was perfect for sledding with our littles. We want to come back in the summer now!

Our family of 15 had an amazing time here. We went for Labor Day Weekend and there was no shortage of activities both in Garden City and at the house. The house was well equipped for cooking meals. We prepared and cooked every meal for 4 days and have everything we needed in the kitchen. The BBQ and Blackstone was perfect for cooking for a large group. We loved the pickle ball court and ping pong table. There was plenty of parking for cars and our boat. The sleeping arrangements were awesome and everyone had their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Very easy lake access whether you’re boating or just spending a day on the beach. We also used the paddle boards which was a nice bonus. The extra fridge and deep freeze were also very useful. This was our favorite rental in Bear Lake this far and we will use it again when we have a big group. Highly recommended!

We had such a nice time at this location. It had everything you could possibly need to make your vacation interesting fun and comfortable. There was a toy room with toys for the young children plus a playground, there was a pickle ball court on the driveway with paddles and balls for the teenagers and grown-ups there was ping-pong, there were TVs in several areas, books and videos.
There were enough beds to accommodate 60 people although we didn’t we didn’t use all of them, and lovely dinnerware for 50 or more people. Seating in kitchen for 30 at a large table and bar. Table was nice for playing games
The area was modern clean and very inviting.
We enjoyed our stay.

We rented this beautiful home to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays this year. All of their children and grandchildren were able to attend. The home was so spacious and clean and had so many amenities. We loved having the beautiful back lawn and spent a lot of time playing games and being outside. Amy was always quick to answer any questions that we had and when we lost power to the island, she called us right back and helped us get to the breaker box. They were awesome hosts and we would definitely rent their gorgeous home again. Bear Lake is always a lot of fun but their home make it even better.
