The rooms needed to be vacuumed, there was stuff on the floors you could see especially on the carpets. Overall, it looked like the photos but worn out, I spent the first 15 minutes finding dings on the walls and rips on the sofa, to send to the management. The electrical outlet in the Primary was hanging out of the wall, the light over the stairs is so dim it’s dangerous, and the Primary toilet had to have the handle jiggled to get it to stop running. They did send someone to fix the outlet and supposedly fix the light… the outlet was fixed, but had stuff running down the wall from it. The light, I don’t think was touched. They turned off the internet and didn’t turn it back on when they fixed the outlet.. so I had to go from room to room looking for the main box. I know it’s a simple fix, but these things shouldn’t happen if it is routinely inspected that everything is in working order. We had a good time despite the people behind us getting extremely loud ( you could hear them in the house). I personally wouldn’t leave the dishes all over the table and bar… it makes it hard for someone to find someplace to put that stuff out of the way. Lastly, NONE of the fitted sheets fit any of the larger beds, if someone laid down 2 of the corners came off.. they just do not fit those beds… wrestling with sheets on vacation isn’t fun.We had a good time despite the problems

I was very impressed with the communication. They called me multiple times to make sure I had my codes and if I needed anything. The house was spotless and was as advertised. I would definitely rent from these homeowners again.

The house was amazing. Everything was clean. House was spacious, add everything we needed for a long weekend. The community pool was amazing staff was friendly. But what really set this house apart was the communication from the host, from the beginning of our trip.To the end, no matter what question asked, they were reliable found a solution and quickly communicated, and something like that can absolutely make or break a trip. Highly recommend

Great communication and check-in, check-out instructions. We did report the following with the property management company: the dishwasher did not clean after several tries so we hand washed which is no big deal, several pots need replacing (Teflon coated and too scratched to use), the house could use some general interior updates and painting (walls very scuffed, baseboards beat up from vacuuming or something else), the glass coffee table needs replacing as it’s missing parts to keep it together plus it’s just dangerous, and garbage was strewn everywhere outside in the complex. While the garbage issue may not be this property owners fault, it is likely due to garbage being left out by vacating renters and the birds in the area, including Turkey vultures getting into the garbage before it gets picked up. The birds tear these garbage bags apart and then carry the garbage throughout the complex. It’s really a mess in the morning.
