We had a lovely stay. I had booked this accommodation as there was a swing in the photos, when we got there there was no swing which was disappointing for the children.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here while working in Kempsey. The overal condition of the house was excellent. But the telephone reception and TV reception were poor. I was not able to do my work related on line activities due to poor internet connection. It was probably related to the location of the property. I do not recommend it to any one that is working from there.
