Excellent communication and a smooth, stress-free stay. The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for our group of 22. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and we never felt crowded. The large family room and kitchen were great gathering spaces. The location is excellent and not too far from Disney. It’s a bit of a drive to Universal, but still manageable. A few kitchen utensils could be updated, additional towels would be helpful for larger groups, and some of the pillows could use replacing or updating for added comfort. These were minor issues overall and did not take away from our enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property

Clean, spacious, themed rooms were way cooler in person than we expected. Process of registering car was a little weird but host explained well and was very responsive to messages

Everything about our stay was beyond AMAZING!!! The house was spotless and very well kept!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with the few questions we had regarding extra amenities. Everything from the aesthetic to the location was perfect as well! We ended up only using 4 of the bedrooms as some of the kids stayed together but having that extra space in the common areas was worth getting the bigger house! Huge kitchen with a large island for seating, and enough sofa space for our needs!! The game room was a hit and enjoyed by all!! The loft at the top of the stairs was a perfect space for the kids to hang out late at night! Plenty of linens (minus washcloths so bring a loofah!) and extras like hand soap, kitchen soaps, toilet paper and trash bags were all provided! We brought our own shampoos, etc but they were available in every shower! We cooked at home a lot and there was everything we needed and more!! Our only concern was that the front door only had a bar to lock it from the inside. I believe it locks automatically from the outside which is nice but it would be nice to have more than just the tiny steel bar to lock it from the interior especially at night! We also brought a baby monitor for the younger children that were staying upstairs as it’s far from the downstairs master suite and it was a huge lifesaver!! We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!!

The hosts were very responsive to all my questions. The house was super clean. We had no issues and will certainly consider renting this house again in the future when traveling in Orlando area.
