Loved our stay here in Mexico Beach. Super clean house, comfortable beds and living space. Effortless check in. Would be great for a family or two.Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private back patio. Quick walk to the beach with pedestrian crossing. Easy drive to restaurants and bars in Mexico Beach/Port St. Joe. Would definitely rent again!

The house was great! It was maybe two streets over across from the beach and a great location. We chose to drive to the beach which was only a 2 minute drive. The house had everything you needed and a great outdoor seating area. I would recommend this house to anyone

Very easy to get into the home. Everything was clean and nice and very close to the beach. We decided on Mexico beach to have a more quiet beach experience than being in Panama City. We went to Panama City almost every evening after being on the beach all day. Not a bad drive either. Definitely was the best of both worlds with this location and house. Reasonably priced as well.

We had a great time stay there with my family. It is our first time visiting mexico beach. It is quiet and nice. The house is very close to the beach and has everything we need.

Everything was great! I wish we would have been a little closer to the beach. The home was extremely clean. Anthony responded quickly when we inquired. About early check in and late check out. We will stay here again!

Was a nice quiet house in a nice quiet neighborhood

The pictures are spot on for the house. The neighbors are so friendly. We came in September and had a problem with flies on the beach, but bug spray did the trick. We brought a golf cart and it's a one-minute drive to the beach. You can also drive and park on the side of the road with no problems. It was an easy check in too. Be aware that you are in CT zone, but right on the edge. Most places to go eat in St. Joe are on ET. We had the best time overall. The house has everything you need as stated. The back porch was nice to hang out in the evening. I can't say enough and can't wait to come back.

Short Beach Walk
Getting to the beach was perfect - short walk to Mexico Beach!! Location was good and a short drive to Port St Joes beach for restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean and the master bathroom is so nice with a make up station and 2 sinks which made it easy to get ready.
The kitchen does not have any extras however - no food items at all! You will need to bring everything such as any oil, S and P, coffe, tea, etc. If you are staying for a week bring your paper products such as paper towels, tissues, toilet tissue, napkins, etc.
Nice home - but very basic. Response time was very delayed.

Sunny Dunes was a perfect rental for our trip. We started out as a child free parent’s get away and loved the house and area so much we asked the grandparents to bring our kids down and extend our stay. The house was super clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach, especially since the house came with a beach wagon provided. We will definitely return to Sunny Dunes in the future.

Sunny Dunes was a perfect rental for our trip. We started out as a child free parent’s get away and loved the house and area so much we asked the grandparents to bring our kids down and extend our stay. The house was super clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach, especially since the house came with a beach wagon provided. We will definitely return to Sunny Dunes in the future.

The walk to the beach was short and the location is great as it is not a crowded section. We will consider staying again. Only one complaint....the water in the master shower was not hot enough for me but it was perfect in the other bathroom.
