It was a very easy check in process and clean property. Very seamless in getting checking and check out. did not require us to do anything to exit. Would definitely rent from Dan again.

The home, its location, amenities and the availability of the owner to answer any question, made this rental one of the best we have ever stayed at.
I couldn't recommend it enough!
We had asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs and they were there on our arrival. The toys, the bicycles, the wagons, the beach chairs, the fire pit and the heated pool all add up to an amazing holiday!

Advertisement said it included a golf cart. No golf cart available upon arrival. We asked to check in early because we have very small children who nap. Manager was completely inflexible re same. House was in excellent location, great condition and all was smooth but for the aforementioned snafu regarding the gold cart. Additionally, Manager Dan called my cell phone 3 times and when I finally answered (assuming it was an emergency at work) while on a dolphin cruise, Dan had the gall to ask my permission to let an insurance adjuster in the home. Not cool.

The perfect home for a first trip! The home has everything you need, you will never want to leave. The beach is right across the street, close to Downtown Sarasota and walking distance to the Village. We had the best time, we will be back!

We wanted to get away just for the weekend driving up from Miami. This place was amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities you needed included all the things for the beach which was a huge bonus for us. This is walking distance to such a beautiful white sandy beach. Having access to the pool was a treat for us also. Would love to come back again in the near future.

Instead of a party, my daughter asked for a beach vacation with her friends and I thought about Siesta Key. Booking was easy as well as getting into the property. I live in the Fort Lauderdale area and drive so I brought some possibly needed household items that I didn’t need. EVERYTHING was there waiting for us, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and the list goes on. Something I did bring that I used was laundry detergent, although there was some there. I figured I’d leave that for others to use that might fly in. There was a golf cart in the garage that I thought we had access to, because other reviews mentioned using it. It does not come with the rental but I was provided with information to rent one at a reduced rate. We actually did not need it. The beach is a quick and easy walk as is the Village. It was quite hot while we were there so we often used the trolley or taxi golf carts. There were six of us in total and the space was well accommodating and we could have had a few more with us. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Location is key! Just a block away from the beach access, and away from public parking so the beach wasn’t packed. The house was also only about a half mile from the village which was nice. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. House was well stocked with essentials. We had two couples and 5 kids between us. We set up the middle bedroom for kids with the trundle bed and twin hide a way. The two year old slept in the pack in play in the master closet. Check out was the easiest I’ve had, which let us enjoy the last morning instead of rushing around and cleaning. It was overall a great experience!

This property was so perfect for our beach vacation! They had everything and more we needed for the beach. It was so easy to check and and checkout. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Siesta Key!

We had an amazing time staying in Hoppy’s Beach house. This place has everything you need! You don’t have to bring anything for the beach…it’s all there! Located across the street from the beach and a 10 minute walk (we are fast walkers) to Siesta Village. Dan is incredibly quick to respond to your questions and will give you suggestions to places to go to in Siesta Key. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in and check out was easy! Thank you so much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house worked perfectly for our family. The house included all the beach accessories- chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, wagons. Beach access right across the street and less than 1 mile to the main road with restaurants etc. would def stay there again!

We had 9 girls stay and it was a weekend for the books. Location is amazing, Dan has everything you need for the beach. Took a walk into the village every morning for coffee. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Definitely will recommend to anyone!

Great experience, location is perfect for walking to siesta key main beach with lifeguards - 3-5 minutes tops. Also siesta trolley stop is 2 min walk (best way to get around the island).
House was clean on arrival and beds very comfortable. I didn’t cook but kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils.
No issues and Dan is very responsive to questions. I’ll be back as soon as possible!

Overall we were pleased with the property. First the pluses : close proximity to the beach, availability of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, 3 bedrooms and clean accommodations! Now the minuses: on the original web site it stated a free golf cart and each corresponding messages it was stated a free golf cart . When I called and spoke to Dan about this it was not provided due to “liability “ . I would have never even considered it but we had planned on using it and even booked the condo for this very reason. We ended up spending extra money to rent one for the week that I felt was unfair . The other downer was the dishwasher does not work or if it did it was very poor results so we ended up washing the dishes by hand the whole time not a deal breaker but disappointing. Overall a great time at the beach with my family ! P.s. remove the free golf cart if it’s not really going to be allowed to be used . I’m 62 and my wife had foot surgery so that was a must due to her mobility!

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully updated in every room, but also super comfortable and inviting. The location couldn't be better. Two min walk to the beach and 5-10 min walk to town (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). It was fully stocked with beach chairs & umbrellas as well as everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Communication with Dan was super friendly and easy. Will definitely rent here again!

We had a family getaway to siesta key. It was our first time on the island. Location was fantastic. Quick walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The shared pool was great for our kids ages 4 and 1. We also went to an orioles spring training game, which was not a far drive. Dan, the property manager, was very responsive which is always great when renting. Overall great trip.

Location, location, location! This property has everything you are looking for in a beach getaway and vacation! Walking distance to the best part of Siesta Beach, fantastic walking and running access surrounding the property and short golf cart trips to Siesta Village for everything you need!

So many extras-beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, bicycles, coffee, soaps etc. great location..walk across the street and boom! You are walking in the softest, cleanest sand I’ve ever experienced. This unit is equipped with everything you need; comfortable, modern furnishing. I highly recommend

The Hoppy Beach house was just as it was described. The house was in a perfect centralized location, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a big bonus for exploring and going to dinner. Would definitely recommend this vacation spot!

From booking to check out Daniel made the process go smoothly. Outstanding location - truly a 2 minute walk to a great part of the beach. Villa is in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. Beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of living space for our large family. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Shared pool was warm and clean (our 2 year old granddaughter didn’t want to get out). Street legal electric golf cart is very handy for shopping, take out pizzas, or fresh 8AM donut holes in the village. We love Siesta and Hoppy’s Beach Villa made our stay even more memorable.

My 7 friends and I stayed at this house for a (much needed!) girls trip. The house had just been renovated and was beautiful inside. Super clean, plenty of space for everyone to sleep, nice bathrooms, beach towels and chairs provided. We had access to the golf cart for morning coffee runs. The walk into town is maybe 12-15 min, not bad! From the day of booking, Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my many questions haha. We had SO much fun and would definitely rent this place again! :)

Our stay at Hoppy’s was amazing! The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had had everything we needed for our stay. We literally walked around the corner from the house and we’re on the most incredible beach. The host Dan was fantastic to work with. He answered every question within a few minutes of me emailing him! We are already thinking about booking the same property next year. This was a 5 star experience!!! (Having 4 young children, I have two suggestions…it would be awesome to have a small step stool for the bathrooms for the little ones to reach the sinks easier. Also since there are no bathtubs it would be great to have an attachment in one of the showers to rinse the kids a little better 😊) Thanks for a fantastic vacation!!!!

We were all very impressed with the property! We sure hope everything is still good after Hurricane Ian came through the very next week. The furnishings were so comfortable. The decor was very nicely done. The elevator was slow but convenient, once we figured out how to use it.
Extremely clean. Everything labeled. It was like you thought of everything!
We didn’t need to bring half of what we brought, but we didn’t know that until 2:00 the day of check in.
With that, there were a few recommendations we all agreed on.
1. The email that is sent at 2:00 day of check in lists a lot of things that are already there. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, laundry detergent, cleaning wipes, toilet paper, etc.
2. There was confusion about the waiver for the golf cart which caused us a little bit of issue because we had a hdcp person with us.
3. Best beach access with the golf cart or walking, without going through the flooded path.
4. A lot of standing water at end of driveway.
5. When we got there, all three of the trash cans in the back were completely full. That was on Sunday and trash pick up wasn’t until Wednesday.
6. The screen door on the side would be a whole lot easier if it was hinged the other way. All of us walked in a line past it then followed back in.
7. Couldn’t find the garage door opener for a bit. Lol.
We would highly recommend this place and even said we would consider doing it again next year.

We loved staying at this property. Location can’t be beat as it’s just a one block walk to Siesta Keys beautiful beach. We went every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed having the golf cart, which made it easy to cruise the island streets. Our boys loved it too. We would definitely stay here again our next trip to Siesta

Had an amazing time staying at Hoppy’s. Right across the street from the beach access. Balcony had a view of the beach which was great for morning coffee. Management was very responsive!
