We had a great stay. We had a couple of issues that needed addressed, but was able to get them resolved quickly with the property manager who was very prompt to correct any issue we had. We had plenty of room for our family not be on top of one another. The location was great, we could get to whatever we wanted to within 20-30 minutes. The beach was close enough to get to any time we wanted.Great grocery stores, and shopping if you wanted to. We were not disappointed with our stay, and will be returning for future visits.

The house was perfect for grandparents (upstairs), our kids and their kids downstairs. Large spacious house that was well equipped! We will stay again!

The property and area was great and close to all essentials needed. Would've been nice to know that there was a certain time to be out of the pool before booking the stay. We go to the beaches and site see during the day. Once we get home the kids love to night swim however the time restraint minimized the night swimming.

We had a wonderful stay and found our location to be perfect for exploring Bradenton and Sarasota.

Check in was smooth and easy. We loved the garage opener they left for us. The home was equipped with really everything you will need. The kitchen had plenty of pots pans and accessories. The pool was perfect temperature and happy there was the screen over it. Florida sun is powerful and this helped keep it little cooler in that area. There is also sides of the pool that offer a great tanning area. In the future hoping this host will spruce up the outside area, maybe add some string lights. There was only one bright light and it attracted bugs. Yellow light and a little tlc will go along way for outside. We had a few issues that were addressed. Overall was a very nice vacation and the host were very accommodating. Loction was very close to stores and beaches!

The house is in a great location. We loved being able to walk to nearby businesses. The pool was great, we would have loved it even more if there was an outdoor eating area. The house slept all 8 of us very comfortably. The living room would’ve been even better if there was more seating. The kids and guys loved the TV in the living room! Thanks for an awesome week with family!

Loved the house and the neighborhood. The rooms were clean, big and spacious. The kitchen was super nice! Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful and the screened in pool was very nice. The only trouble we had was the living room. It was a sunken living room and while they had put reflective tape on the step, it was white and blended in with the flooring and someone missed the step and fell down. We still had a great time. Would stay here again.

The home was very nice overall
Just disappointed with the pool area.
Tons of leaves on the Linai over the pool from the hurricane that passed through the area 2-3 weeks prior
When it rained all the fine debris fell through screen into pool.
Also the leaves were rotting and brown smelly water was leaking into pool.
Very foul odor.
Spoke to office numerous times to clean pool but unless they took care of the debris it would keep happening.
They were supposed to come Monday but didn’t show up till Wednesday late afternoon.
We understand there was a hurricane but would have expected the rental company to have taken care of it before our arrival as we paid rent just like the previous people did.

There were some issues with the property when we arrived. The pool was unusable, cloudy and off color, when we checked in on Monday. It still wasn't clear to see the bottom on Tuesday night. The garage door would not lift with the opener. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom was not operational. Overall, the house is ok but needs some work.

We enjoyed the house and the pool daily after going out all day. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Great location

Proerty was excellent for all ages. The kids had the screened in pool and grassy front yard for playing. The adults amazing kitchen and dining for meals, the fire pit area was an amazing addition, beds was comfortable, tv's in all bedrooms was great! Three bathrooms was definitely a plus for eight people. Just amazing over all!

Gulf Coast fun!
This was a good house to rent for our two families with 4 kids between us. The house was clean, and close to all stores/restaurants. I believe we were one of the first few who rented here, but some highlights, more kitchen equipment then I have in my own home, we left behind a bunch of pool and beach toys and beach chairs and umbrellas, as we were with 4 kids under 9. There could have been an extra dresser or two in the middle bedroom and kids bunkroom, not necesaary but could have been helpful to us.
We purchased a fan for the upstairs bedroom, it was so hot up there, the ac was working well, just not great upstairs and no ceiling fan.
We unfortunately had to use the nearby er for one of our kids...stitches to the chin from a fall, but everything was nicely organized in the welcome information binder so we knew where to go.
The house is about a 15 minute drive to Anna Maria beaches with public parking.
A problemnthe first-day with the garage brought Ed out in about 10 minutes from our call, and all was fixed. The cleaning crew arrived before 900 on the day we were leaving. It was distracting having them come so early, but we needed to be out by 930 for our flight anyways, so be prepared for an early arrival.

Great location and nice area.
We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great. It was a short drive to several beaches. The kitchen is so well equipped. The best that I’ve seen in rental properties. The beds were very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood were friendly.
