We loved the apartments (we had two adjoined and it worked perfectly for three adults). Beautiful place and excellent location right in the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect apartment to use exploring Dubrovnik with two couples. It is actually two apartments, each with their own locking doors, with an adjoining entranceway that also locks. With both apartment doors open, it becomes one large two bedroom space. It was very clean and centrally located to the old town area with many eating places only steps away! Check-in and out was easy and the bag storage before check in and after check out was a nice additional benefit. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely apartment, extremely clean. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Old Town, everything is within walking distance. There are lots of stairs so pack lightly, we didn’t and struggled a bit. We went to the apartment before checking in and reception was kind enough to meet us there instead of making us trek to them.

This compact 2 room apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Dubrovnik old town which makes it perfect for exploring this marvellous ancient town. All necessary amenities are well covered even including a rudimentary kitchen though the old town is really about being out in the streets.
There was an issue with the invoice for the property and no one from the main office would speak to me or explain the cost discrepancy. I know it is because I paid the entire bill in euros, in line with options provided, at a time when Croatia was changing currency. This caused an issue to Hedera Estates and they were a bit faceless in dealing with matters and refused to engage with me. This will no longer be an issue now Criatia is in the euro zone.
Overall, an ideal location to stay when visiting Dubrovnik.

Great location with everything in proximity to old town. The only thing I’d suggest is possibly the quality of towels and there were no bathroom amenities like soap, locations etc apart from that everything was great.

Perfect location!! During a heat spell in the summer, this was the coolest part of our trip! Easy to work with and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was in a great location. It was small but had everything we needed. Be prepared for plenty of steps. The host was very helpful - answered all of my questions leading up to the trip. Only downside, your are dropped off outside of Old Town and have to carry your luggage down the hill and through the city. It wasn’t a big problem, we just didn’t expect it.

This property was perfect for my mom and I to end our trip in Croatia. Very well appointed and spacious apartments in the old city. The service was great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place. My only very minor complaint was that there was not soap or shampoo but we managed to find some.

Everything about this property was great. It was quiet even though in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Location could not have been better. Even though there were stairs to climb, not as bad as many other accommodations within Dubrovnik. The entire apartment was very clean and newly renovated. Water pressure was great. Checkin staff were friendly and very helpful. All good. Truly have nothing bad to report. Would definitely stay there again when returning to Dubrovnik.
