Everything was just perfect for our little family.... the rocks for land scape I would cement it all loloo... other than that it was just right for what we needed...We will be back .. Thank you for letting us stay....

Communication was good, location was ok. Parking was very hard, which we were prepared for. Kitchen was limited to very small pots and old and rusty. Blender was not working. Mattress are old and very stained. Biggest issue was the AC, did not work. The tube thing going to the window was all broken and they tried to fix it with tape but we were unable to use it so was very hard for my kids to sleep at night since over 80° heat the days we stayed. Overall was ok, tried to communicate improvements to Rubi but received no reply. Would not stay here again.

I think it’s a newish listing. Property manager was attentive. I think they should get a better cleaning service, they didn’t do a good job. Overall the place was spacious and a lot of ac units.

Its a really nice house, great communication, close enough to everything. The only part that i didn't like was the parking situation, its on the street with no assign parking.

This was a nice house. Everything was clean and just like in the pictures. The check in process was easy. Only three things that I can comment on: 1) It was sometimes difficult to find parking on the street. 2) The location is right near train tracks - the trains honk their horns in the middle of the night. 3) The air conditioning cools most of the house pretty well - except for the master bedroom. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit to LA.

The house was close to all the attractions we were interested in as a family. This included Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and LA. The house had laundry which was a plus for our family as well as a backyard with games to enjoy. Some issues did include street parking when arriving to house after we were out and about for the day but the owner was very upfront about the situation. There were several times we had to park a long way away from house but never had problems with messing with our vehichle or anything like that. There were some cleaning issues but owner was very attentive to the issues and took care of the issues quickly.

This property accommodated 4 adults very easily especially having two bathrooms. Parking is difficult as stated, but we were always able to find parking close by. Our stay was comfortable and we all agreed that the beds were great! We would be back.

Prior to booking I read a review (or maybe 2) about loud neighbors setting off fireworks. The neighbors are quiet., but the (on demand?) water heater for the master shower makes fireworks sounding noises while hot water is being used. Though I suppose that was bothersome, once we knew what it was, it was fine.
Parking was not an issue until street-cleaning days. 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday I think) the amount of parking on the street is halved (to one side) and you will have to park some distance from the house if you arrive after 6. A small walk is not a huge issue, though the area is a little ‘industrial’ beyond the street the house is on. I wouldn’t view that as a deterrent unless you are nervous about your surroundings.
We didn’t expect a second bathroom, and it was awesome! The house was almost perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teens! Close ‘enough’ to Disney and universal without paying too much ( though you need to be ready for traffic, it isn’t right outside your door!), grocery store and food within reach, and all the comforts of home.

Home was so sweet and cozy. As soon as you enter it feels like home. Had everything you need for a stay. Made our trip to California much more special. Will definitely continue to do it again

House was nice and clean and well kept
Up. Beds were very comfortable and fit our family of 6 easily. House is close to railway tracks which we could ignore but might be loud for some.

I love my stay there quite neighborhood was nice. Shopping center nt far frm there. An we enjoy the back yard. If in twn again an this property is available I would stay again. RUBI thankx again

The home was actually bigger than it looks and it has nice homey decor. The wifi was really fast and A/C blew perfect I enjoyed my stay.
