We had a lovely time, the house is well stocked with everything we could need. Beach access is just a block away.

Great VRBO value. Very well stocked by host...everything you need short of actual food is there. Fantastic view of Puget Sound and Whidbey Island.

Thoughtful setup for kids or pets. Bunks, bean bag chairs and toys for kids. Sunset is beautiful. Very close to parks and "downtown"

The house was perfect for our family! We were very impressed by how the hosts had left instructions for pretty much everything we needed to use. Felt like they really opened up their house to us and made us feel right at home. Thanks again for the great stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone for a relaxing getaway!

The western view over Saratoga Passage was awesome! House is well-appointed and comfortable. Kitchen is easy to use. All the notes around the house are friendly and helpful.

The house was adequate for our stay. It had a great view of the Sound and we were able to see beautiful sunsets.
The one issue for out of state renters was there was a shortage of bathroom and kitchen cleaners. The glass top stove had crumbs in between the Jenn Air heating units and the oven door had baked spatters. The railing going down to the lower level was sticky and very dirty.
Renters have to buy their own groceries which is fine but having to supply salt, sugar, and some basic spices that have to be left because renters can't take those back home on a plane.
There was an issue with the cable service but that was resolved. all in all we had a nice visit and the seafood was delicious at the restaurants and at the fish market.
Washington State is beautiful with lush trees and lots of water.

Very nicely furnished and beautiful views. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes and short walk to great beach combing with lots of things to collect, poke and prod.

Lovely home in a great location. We have family on Camano and loved having everyone together for The Holidays. Would stay here again.

The house is clean, well equipped with lots of instructions. Loved the baths for each of the upstairs bedrooms. I had wished for an umbrella on the deck, but we made due & enjoyed the side porch. The sunset/water view is a 7/10. Quiet location. Would rent it again.

Beautiful home with incredible views !! We were so thrilled to bring our family and pup for a 2 night getaway .. plenty of space for everyone ! The kitchen was a great gathering spot to cook , do a puzzle, play cards and just be together.. I highly recommend this driftwood getaway!

Great view and kitchen but house needs updates. We ended up having to leave a day early because one of the showers completely stopped working (no hot water and leaking fixtures). We had 4 adults not willing to squeeze into one small bathroom. Overall, very disappointing.

This was was absolutely beautiful. We stayed while our house was under construction. We were able to do school and work remotely no issues with WiFi. House is large with lots of places to sit and visit and soak up the beautiful view. I the kitchen is one of the best stocked I have seen. You will love it here. A great getaway! Awesome private beach access as well.

The absolute best place for a family! Safe and adorable area, so much space for everyone, and a complete home away from home. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay and highly recommend driftwood hideaway for anyone!

We stayed 25 days / nights at Driftwood Hideaway and it was exactly as described! Wonderful, quiet location with awesome views of Puget Sound. The kitchen is stunning and very well equipped (only thing missing was a functioning can opener). The beds are very comfortable with, what seem to be, luxury linens! We ate meals in Stanwood (highly recommend Jimmy's Italian Restaurant), The Cookie Mill had delicious huge warm cookies, and we also ate at establishments in downtown Stanwood as well as cooked meals in Driftwood's amazing kitchen! We saw whales, more than once, from the deck of the home and many bald eagles and deer right in front of the house! It was truly an amazing stay, at Driftwood Hideaway, and we definitely hope to return, again, soon!!!! A HUGE THANK YOU, to the owners, for sharing their home with us!

Description was pretty accurate but we wish we had known the there was so much white carpet and expectations to take shoes off.
Property well maintained- house decorated nicely and supplied well for cooking, towels, parking, etc.
Furniture was not as comfortable as we would like for such a long stay. Beds were very comfortable however and showers ha great water pressure and space.
Enjoyed the local beach- long walk down if you have knee or feet issues. Drove the whole island and loved seeing the area. Ate at Rockaway Grill at golf course with great food and ambiance.Crows nest was also great and had super service. IGA grocery store is great and close by. Also ate in Stanwood, particularly when Island county was still in Phase 1 for eating. LOVED Commons and had been there many times before- coffee, wine, bakery, gifts.....perfect!
