Beautiful condo facing the ocean! We had a wonderful stay. the heated pool and bathroom by pool & beach was a plus.
Condo was quiet and comfortable.
The kitchen could use some more coffee cups, wine glasses. The kitchen towels and bathroom towels were sparse but we made do by using the washing machine right outside our door which was convenient. The VFW across the street has a change machine!
We would definitely return. Overall perfect spot, lovely stay.

The condo was lovely and a described. On towel ring was broken and we really could have used another set of bath towels. But place was clean and had what we needed to get settled. We didn't go in the pool but plenty of others were having a great time in it. The beach was very fine sand and a real pleasure to walk on. The Gulf shore was beautiful and was warmer than bath water.

My family enjoyed this condo. We drove our rental car there and we’re able to walk to everything. Condo was clean and great location

The Location cannot be beat. Right across from Johns Pass and beachfront. Nice pool, awesome beach. Condo was completely updated and very nice. Had some beach equipment. No many cooking materials. Only thing I'd change is adding some hand soap and more towels. Floors were sandy like others have said but that is hard to change being oceanfront. Wish check in was naybe and hour earlier or checkout at 11am, as that is real early in a day. Overall we loved the stay. Would stay here again. Location cant be beat. Condo tastefully updated. Thank you.

Clean and convenient location. Would not hesitant to return.
Only small issue was sink outside bathroom in the bedroom could use lighting above the mirror.

My husband and I decided last minute to enjoy a week at the beach. This condo was a nice little place to get away.

The place was nice but it’s was really dirty.. The floor was so nasty your feet turned black walking on the for two mins.. all the pillows didn’t have pillow covers. Our comforter had a dog prints on them.The air filter was nasty and looked like it needed to be changed months ago.I have pictures of everything.would love to get back what I payed for the cleaning fees sence it was so dirty.Was thinking about putting a bad review up sence I had to pay 800 for a really dirty room

Overall a great experience. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Condo was nicely decorated and had a great view. Check in was easy. I like the Ideal of getting a email when condo was really for check in. We will definitely stay again at Sandy Shores Condo.

Overall the condo was nice - compared to the building itself it is newly remodeled, great location, and beautiful view on the balcony of the beach. Two cons that I have were that the floors were filthy and communication with the property manager wasn't the best.

The unit was as described and had beautiful views from the balcony.
Upon arrival, the building itself was less than appealing. A dead rat in the parking garage, garbage pilled up and pungent by elevator and trash shoot.
The elevator itself is quite slow, but not a huge deal.
The unit was surface clean. For the amount paid in cleaning fees, it was not where I felt it should be. Of course, there is sand on the floors, kind of hard to completely rid the unit of that which I understand. It was clear the unit had not been deep cleaned in some time. It wasn't dusted, dresser drawers were dirty with a few small dead bugs in them (this is where extra linen was stored), the comforter on the bed I'm not sure gets washed as part of it smelled like urine, the bed itself though was comfortable, there was an extra sink and mirror in the bedroom, iron and ironing board available as well as a place to hang your clothes. There were hand prints on the sliding glass doors and on the hideaway bed 'wall'. There were pubic hairs in the shower and what appeared to be leg hair from a razor on the shower wall. The bathroom was beautiful with all new features but much smaller in person than the picture advertised. The kitchen had beautiful counter tops, dishwasher, microwave and stove if needed, refrigerator was nice as well (no ice maker which would have been so nice!) and pretty much all the needed kitchen items you could think of. Dining room area was nice and there were books and games available to use. The living room area was nice as well despite the sand on the couches and dust on the hard surfaces. The sliding glass door is hard to open and watch your toes as there is a lip when going out onto the balcony. Multiple chairs and tables on the balcony and a light and two fans which was a nice added feature. Fans in each room inside as well.
There were a few beach chairs in the bedroom, we found beach/sand toys (after we had already purchased some) under the sink in the bathroom. Access to the pool and beach were so close and convenient. The beach was busy but not crazy and surprisingly at 7 am only a few people out so easy to get the spot you want for the day. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent already on the beach as well.
Despite the quite honest review, I would definitely consider renting again.

Perfect beach spot
This condo was perfect, great views from the balcony, easy access to beach and pool, and directly across the street from John’s Pass. It seemed like the unit was newly remodeled which was very nice. Overall great place, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location! Beautiful balcony on the water. I wish it would have been cleaner, as the floors were filthy and the bathroom had dirty q-tips on the floor. Very cute condo though and it had everything you could need in the kitchen.
