Perfect location, it the heart of Athens, everything is a walking distance away. Very clean, host left us some fruits in the fridge even, bathroom renovated and very nice, greek music in the elevator :)

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. Location was good and hosts were very attentive. The rooms are nice and quiet given how close you are to town.

There is no reception / concierge - so we had to call the owner upon arrival, as there were no arrival instructions provided. It’s on a one way street so it was a little hard to pull over and unload luggage as street parking is limited.

Great setup of the room. Much larger, newer, and more comfortable than typical city hotel room.

Everything was perfect! Me and my mom were very happy to meet the host and his wife. Apartments absolutely met our expectations. Also special thanks for keeping an apartment clean every day and updating our coffee! Looking forward to come again :)

We stayed at this really fabulous apartment for 4 nights. I loved the perfect location, it was 100% clean, high quality of bedding and really a great mattress, very well equiped kitchen and the building is super modern and everything is new. The cleaning lady is amazing, super kind and helpful. We would definitely come back as this apartment is one of the few where really everthing is beyond perfect!

Modern system with keycard and coded pad. Met by host on arrival who was super helpful. Whole property is immaculate, with a decent lift from first floor.

It is a bustling street so the trade off in amazing location versus some noise, but the windows are newly installed and help limit any noise.

Our penthouse suite was beautiful! Very updated and clean, and comfy (if you like firm) beds. There is one bedroom that is like a "traditional" hotel room with a queen bed, private bathroom with shower, and cupboards with storage space as well as small "kitchenette" facilities (mini fridge, bar sink, Nespresso machine with coffee condiments and cups). This bedroom is connected to the main suite via a beautiful outdoor patio that has outdoor table and chairs as well as a laundry drying rack. It is covered against rain. The main suite has a very small kitchen, with all the basics: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, sink (with soap and sponge), Nespresso machine, lots of basic dishes and pans. The main suite also has a Queen bed, a small desk, some cupboard space, and a private bathroom with shower. All the finishings are very new and nice, and everything works well. Both rooms have air conditioning that was very effective. There is also a second long, shared balcony to the front of each room that contains TWO small, 2-person hot tubs. That was lovely to use after a long day of walking, though they were both cool when we got there, so be sure to check them in the morning and turn them up if you think you'll want it later in the day. Check-in was well-communicated and easy. The elevator is typical for buildings like that in that it is VERY small, but it works well. We just wound up using the stairs all the time (4 flights up). The location was fantastic - totally accessible to everything. There is a vibrant nightlife all around you, but the suite was very sound-proof and it never bothered me at night.

The price was pretty high, but that's typical for that part of Athens since it is so conveniently placed. It would have been good to have more keys to the apartment - there were 4 of us and only 2 key cards.

Received a call from Ms Andriana as we were coming out of the airport, to let us know what to do when we arrived as we arrived early and the rooms were not yet available. As soon as the taxi dropped us off at Paleo Suites we called her and she was there within seconds to griet us and collect our bags. She was lovely and polite. She took some medicine we had to put in a fridge. She then called us when our rooms were ready (2 hours before normal check in time) and showed us to our rooms. Rooms were fantastic. Spotless as was the whole building. Plenty of facilities inside (espresso machine, kettle, plates, glasses, fridge, microwave, everything one needs). Room cleaned and espresso capsules and tea bags replenished daily. Towels changed every other day. Location was great. 1 -2 mins walk from Ermou street, 1 minute from popular Aiolou street. Overall fantastic choice. We ll be sure to return! Thanks a lot Andriana and Paleo.

Nothing! Some minor suggestions: A luggage rack would be useful. A couple of bags of Nescafe for those that dont like espresso. But hey, I am searching for niddles in a haystack! Everything was great.
