The Kanipali Bayfront home is a wonderful place to stay. The view looking out at the bay is amazing; the rooms are spacious; the indoor and outdoor kitchen areas have plenty of cookware and dishes; and the pool and hot tub are a perfect way to start and end the day. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds and linens were all quite comfortable. Our group really enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful home and 9 of us women were able to have a great weekend. Management was great about responding. Amazing Stay! The only complaint I have is that it was hot and stuffy at times and we were never able to find the a/c controls or instructions for it. Probably just a operator error?

Amazing location, quiet and perfect for young grandchildren. 6 day stay with adult children and grand children. Walking distance to morning coffee, grocery store and water rentals.

The property has a gorgeous outdoor area, including pool, a full bathroom and complete outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed all of this A LOT. However, the interior has some big flaws. This is a premium property, as reflected by the price, and yet the carpet upstairs was very worn and stained, and the walls showed a lot of wear—didn’t appear to have been painted in some time. In addition, all interior doors (bedrooms and bathrooms included) are vented louvered doors, which means there is NO privacy. The family room was large enough for all 10 of us to enjoy and the kitchen was nicely appointed, but the dining table seats only 5. There are no extra chairs to be found. The only choice for meals was for half of us to sit outside and half inside. Not great. We asked for folding chairs and were told to sit outside. Just not what I would expect when spending this kind of money for 6 nights.
