Have you ever seen The Holiday? This quaint 2b/1b house gave us ALL the Nancy Mayer movie vibes. It was decorated for Christmas when we arrived in a charming way that took into account the space we would need for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and the lay out was perfect. The updates to the home were carefully and thoughtfully done. We never felt cramped even with adults, kids and pups. The Jack and Jill bathroom is so beautiful. And the backyard was perfect for our needs. We got a ton of rain while we were there so we didn’t get to fully experience the backyard but the fire pit and chairs looked cozy. We didn’t end up using the laundry in the garage but it was nice to have the option. And the queen pull out couch was a nice surprise. The linens were cozy and the towels were soft. It felt luxurious!
We also LOVED being a few minutes walk to the village. We spent a whole morning shopping in the town and getting to meet so many amazing shop owners. Mule Bakery was a must every day and the newer shop, Neighbors is a delight! We picked up some books at the book store, pastries and coffee and spent an afternoon cozy on the couch while watching a movie on the TV in the living room and cute electric fireplace. We didn’t want to leave!
Thanks again to Brooke for this sweet spot and for being a great host. We hope to stay again soon!

We went up for thanksgiving and wanted to be within walking distance of the village. This darling house was great ! The host Brooke was very responsive and helpful. The house had the bonus of a back yard and fire table so we were able to enjoy this as well. Would definitely stay here again

The property was great-very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the bathroom sink didn’t work so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy vrbo, perfectly situated near restaurants. The small, tidy space felt like home, and the lovely backyard was a bonus. The host’s quick responses to my texts made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The house was really cutely decorated and had everything we needed. Our dog loved to hang out in the fully fenced backyard, and we enjoyed the firepit. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away. Communication with the host was good and when we told her about a minor issue, she sent a handyman that same day which we really appreciated. The only thing to note is the road noise as the house is right next to the main road through town so you will hear cars during the day, though it does calm down at night.

We had such a lovely time at this property! What a total gem. We were able to walk to the wonderful Arroyo Grande for meals and shopping and ice cream. The house was adorable and super clean, perfectly decorated and had everything we needed! It was only a 9 minute drive to Pismo or Dinosaur park. I would 100% recommend this home and will seek it out in the future for my future visits. 10/10 stars!

This was so much more than expected. Even better than the pics. Perfect for my daughter and I and perfectly located for great day trips wine tasting and beach going.

The house was found as expected. Very nicely decorated. Recently remodeled and updated. Easy to access and communicate with owner. Nice to have a yard for the dogs and extra space. Very close to the Village for food/coffee. Easy freeway access. Traffic is a bit loud at times but nothing out of hand and very quiet at night. Best for no more than 1 family or 2 couples that really know each other well. Great price and value. Will definitely stay again.

The owner couldn't have done any better. She was very responsive if I had a question. Location was walking distance to all the downtown amenities.

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental, and I was very impressed at the cleanliness and comfy feeling of this home! The beds and bedding were so comfy, we slept great! Property does sit on a hill, so the backyard was a little more sloped than it appears in the photos.. However, the location to downtown was amazing and Brooke was so great and responsive to all questions/accommodations that I asked for. Would stay here again!

This is an older remodeled home in a very convenient location. There is a well stocked kitchen with all the basics spices and some oils. The house was immaculately clean. My only issue is the house was a bit cold and it took quite a while for it to warm up, but that was a small issure for me.

Small older home with an interior that has been nicely remodeled. Location is just lovely, as it is steps away from shops and restuarants and short drive to Pismo and Avila Beach.
Because this is an older home, there are some quirks (not able to plug in multiple appliances as home's power grid not able to support and space heaters needed to warm home, mainly at night due to absence of furnace or central heat). If these are not an issue for you (I had no issue with these unique characteristics) then you will enjoy this charming little home. In addition, this rental is pet friendly, as there is a gated back yard. The owner was very responsive.

We do a yearly get-together in the area and normally we stay at a chain hotel further south and travel north every day. This year, we changed it up and I am so happy we did! Brooke was great to communicate with. The home was super clean and had everything we needed (coffee maker would have been nice). Wanted something I could just walk anywhere I wanted and this was just that. Dinner out, have a drink and walk back home. Morning, walked down and got my coffee and a pastry. It was just what we hoped it'd be. Will be staying again next year if it's still available.

My family spent several nights at this property and absolutely loved our stay. The house was cute and perfect for our family of three (plus our small dog!). The kitchen was ready for use with more than adequate cookware, plates, cups/glasses, utensils - including ones for use with the BBQ out on the back patio (which was also fantastic!). The beds were very comfortable, the house well ventilated with plenty of windows and natural light - and the 60+ inch TV provided access to Hulu, Netflix, etc. for some relaxing "TV time". Brooke was also highly communicative and always pleasant to connect with. We would absolutely recommend the property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and comfortable house just a short walk from the downtown Village of Arroyo Grande. Everything is very clean and well arranged. It was perfect for our stay and is conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would have stayed longer if possible and would come back again!

Beautiful Cozy Cottage
This place is right out of an HGTV episode. Very cute, easy to get to and definitely dog friendly. It could use a towel rack in the bathroom.

Shocked
Shocked at how neat and clean and how new everything was. It had everything you could possibly need for any length of stay. Hopefully we can redo the visit someday. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a getaway
Perfect spot for a nice getaway. We walked down the hill to eat everyday. Lots of choices! A few mins drive to Pismo. I believe it was about 30min to Morro Bay. Brooke was super easy to communicate with and very responsive with any question or concern we had. Would definitely recommend! A nice place to stay!

Family vacation
There were a few hiccups such as loss of power and internet during our 2 night stay. Brooke was always available, courteous, and helpful. The check-in and checkout was smooth. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is exactly like the pictures. Arroyo Grande was nice and sunny, while a couple miles away in Pismo it was cold and foggy. With the nice weather, we enjoyed the yard. We were able to grill and play with a giant Jenga. The inside is well appointed with just the right amount of furniture. Very comfortable for a family of 3-4. It was just a short walk to the village. Lots of places in the village to eat and hang out. We highly recommend this place.
