Fantastic ski‑in/ski‑out location, right beside the Les Menuires lift. • You can ski directly to the front of the building and store skis in the locked ski room (though this isn’t explained anywhere). • Out‑of‑hours arrival tip: after collecting keys from lock box, walk through La Croisette gallerie towards the Chavière galleries. Opposite La Dolce Pizza, go through the Coopérative Chavière door to reach the closest lift.

The booking process is confusing: Booking.com → Mueva.com → Agence des Alpes, requiring multiple logins. • Late Arrival Check‑in communication was unclear. Despite emailing ahead, I was told to call on the day, which added stress while travelling. • On late arrival the apartment had no linen, no washing‑up supplies or cleaning essentials. None of this was clearly stated on booking.com. We learned the next day when checking in that linen and essentials could be collected from Agence des Alpes. • The apartment is very outdated and needs general maintenance. • Only two plug sockets in the main room. • No WiFi, which feels very outdated in 2026. • No hairdryer, which is difficult in freezing temperatures. • The bathroom has a shower curtain but no holder for the shower head, making showering awkward. • Amenities not included are not clearly listed on Booking.com. • Overall, booking directly with Agence des Alpes would probably give a smoother experience.
