Nice and spacious.

Some of the equipment is very tired - no numbers, icons left on the oven for example, completely rubbed off. The noise outside on Friday and Saturday night was horrific, so the location caused some sleepless nights - no fault of the apartment just a bad location with the nightlife etc..

The living area was spacious and looked attractive

We had no hot water. There was a piano but no hot water. Despite complaining about this huge deficiency several times until the owner stopped answering, we had no hot water. While out at dinner, we received messages to take photos of the shower and the boiler. We were in Swansea for our son’s graduation and had arrangements for Tuesday night. My son had to be at Swansea arena for 8 am on Wednesday morning. I tried a different number and a plumber arrived at 7:40. We had lukewarm water when he finished, having diagnosed a pressure problem. The owner charged £331 for one night, took a deposit of £250. We had no hot water, blinds that didn’t work properly, a coffee machine that didn’t work properly, the second bedroom light-switch was on the far side of the kitchen and the bedside lamp did not work.
