The restaurant never seemed to be open. We asked and they said yes, then when we were not greeted by any waitstaff in 20 minutes, we asked again at the front desk if the restaurant was open, they said yes, and gave me two menus. We opted to walk out and found a nice pizza restaurant two blocks away. Good secure parking at rear of hotel that is locked at night.

The location is difficult to find and away from most services. Staff may need training on how to better respond to guests’ questions about the restaurant.

Beds uncomfortable

Spacious parking, heater in the room, good wifi.

Poor waterflow in the shower, no English speaking staff, check in took too long. Poor breakfast - you even have to choose between coffee or tea, you cannot have both...

Comfortable beds in a spacious room. the design of the hotel allows for natural light to enter the room during the day and recessed lighting in the ceiling provides soft glow at night. The bathroom and shower were spacious and there was a very nice restaurant onsite. OH! And the parking that is secured at night!

Our TV would not work - the front desk staff turned it on but it would not advance to more than one channel.

The staff is very professional.

At the time when I was about to take a bath I found hair in shower floor , which it wasn't like something to make a big deal about it. But when I was unfolding my bed. I found hair, blood and dirt... I when to the front desk and the lady very nice person by the way she gave us another room. 😢

Excelente service, super friendly staff and the breakfast was very delicious. Very comfortable! Definitely worth it!
