This cute house was just the right place for me and my three sisters to have a mini reunion and to celebrate our mother's best friend's 90th birthday. All was as advertised, and the place was well appointed, clean, and comfortable.

Very nice stay at Villa Green! The house was very comfortable and provided what we needed to enjoy our stay. Importantly (at least to us!) the place actually was as it appeared in the pictures…. That is not always the case! Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

From booking, to our stay and then checking out was a great experience. The owner was prompt and efficient. The house was beautiful, very clean, well stocked and in a fabulous location. We had a wonderful trip. We couldn’t be happier.

Check in process was simple and the house was cozy and in a very quiet area. Neighbor was friendly. Was perfect for a quick weekend getaway and to celebrate a birthday.

Very nice place. The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We have a lot of family in The Woodlands area, we will stay again.

We were planning to have a baby delivered at Hermann Memorial Hospital, so needed a place to stay at for a few weeks with our newborn & family. We initially booked a different property through iTrip, but we had to reschedule our plans because our baby decided to come into the world a bit early;) Even though our original property was booked for our new dates, the folks as iTrip were extremely understanding & able to move our stay to the Villa Green. The house is lovely with lots of space & the Keurig well stocked. I'd recommend this house if you need a place for multiple people as the 4 bedroom, 2 bath worked well. Also, very quite & friendly neighborhood.

We picked this location for close proximity for an event held at Cynthia Pavilion. The neighborhood was very quiet and family oriented. I have no complaints. We live here near The Woodlands but got this house for the family that was coming to town. Overall I would select this property again. Very quiet neighborhood. I personally think it’s priced a little too much honestly.

This lovely home is in The Woodlands in Houston. There’s easy access from the airport and to markets and the Woodlands Mall. The owner responds quickly and is very easy to deal with. The home is immaculate and comfortable. The neighborhood and surrounding Woodlands area is beautiful. We plan to go back again. 👍

The property was lovely and well stocked. To the pantry, toilet paper, garbage bags and even spices. We have frequently used Vrbo but this was by far one of our best places to stay. The view was amazing. The town was close by but we cooked several meals with a well stocked kitchen. The managers were so easy to access and quick to give recommendations and signing in process. The house was high quality. We felt like we stayed at a friend’s house. Coming from 74 ft above sea level, the altitude was our only killer but we eventually adjusted . Would definitely recommend staying at this house.

This lovely home is in The Woodlands in Houston. There’s easy access from the airport and to markets and the Woodlands Mall. The owner responds quickly and is very easy to deal with. The home is immaculate and comfortable. The neighborhood and surrounding Woodlands area is beautiful. We plan to go back again. 👍

My husband and his friends went for a golf weekend. They said the house was very clean, nice neighborhood and about half an hour easy drive to Bluejack National.

We needed a house to use as home base for our visit to Houston to reconnect with family and friends. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. No surprises - exactly what you'd expect from the photos and description. Comfy beds! Convenient location.

Quiet neighborhood, house completely updated.

We had to get out of our house due to water damage caused by a water leak. We were able to book with Amy at the Villa Green property for the majority of the time our home was being repaired and restored. The house was very comfortable, well kept, and just a welcome respite from the chaos we were experiencing as our family with four kids unexpectedly were without a home. Amy took fantastic care of us during our stay and was extremely flexible as our restoration/insurance process would have unexpected delays. I would highly recommend booking a stay at any of the properties in The Woodlands with Amy, but Villa Green now has a special place in our family's story!

The property looked just like the pictures. It was an easy checkin with the keypad. The beds were very comfortable and nice thick towels. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a grocery close by. The street had mature trees so it was shaded which was nice with the 100 degree temps! I would stay here again.

Very clean and well stocked, the yard is a great size for relaxing. I ran in the area and you can access many quiet streets/ ponds and footpaths by only crossing one main road, not an easy find in the Woodlands if you want to go far. Definitely recommend!

We stay often in the area and this is a great find for all. It's in a central but quiet location so the best of both worlds. Lots of parks, restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Very clean and well stocked, the yard is a great size for relaxing. We all loved every room in this house cozy and comfortable not to mention beautifully decorated home.
