Mike and Rebecca’s cabin was just as described in their listing. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, and really appreciated the attention to detail, especially the clearly labeled cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was put to good use during a chilly weekend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. So much space to unwind and each person do their own thing at times, but very cozy and entertaining when we were all doing something together. The game room was a big plus, and we enjoyed it very much; although both the pool table and the darts need some updating. Cleanliness was acceptable, compared to other experiences, but not sufficient for a full 5 stars. Overall area was very nice and we enjoyed our drives to the Laurel Highlands in the snow (be sure to have an AWD in winter)

The home was super cozy and the amenities were great and appreciated. Although when we booked we thought we were more secluded in the woods, we did like that we were at the end of the lane tucked away some. The host responded quickly to questions and was so accommodating. Will definitely book again here for a future stay!

Ideal place to celebrate the holidays with my family from back home in Johnstown. Spacious home with a great layout and yard. The downstairs game room was a really nice bonus. Very close to Sheetz (I miss Sheetz a lot!) and other stores and restaurants.
I took my wife and kids to the Flight 93 National Memorial the day before Thanksgiving - what a beautiful tribute to the extrodaniary heros that where lost lost that day. The The Tower of Voices Memorial seemed to make the world stand still. It was an unusually quiet ride back to the rental home. The entire experience made all of us realize we have so much to be thankful for! God rest their souls and it is our hope their loved one's have been able to find peace.

Close to the town of Somerset & not far from Donegal fun, this cabin was a perfect get away for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit inside was great! The hosts were very responsive and accomodating.

The house is exactly as advertised. The owners clearly care their guests have what they need and made it easy to find. Had a blast with the kids with activities downstairs. Would recommend to others and worth going back.

This is the perfect location if you like both the city and country. We ventured into downtown Pittsburgh two days of our stay, which is about an hour. The remainder of our week we visited State Parks, Flight 93 Memorial, Kentuck Knob and Fort Ligionier. The place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We appreciate that we could bring our dog and that the host had coffee, sugar, soaps and paper products for our use. We plan to return next year! Highly recommended!

Great communication with owner! From questions about location and proximity to Memorial and State Parks to do a little hiking, to recommendations for restaurants! House was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location! Beds were comfortable and for the little cooking we did the kitchen had all one needs! Short byt very enjoyable stay> Thanks Mike for all your suggestions and quick informative responses to any question we had!!

House had everything we needed for recent stay with friends for a wedding! Very clean and wood burning fireplace was great to use on rainy evening. All the beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed the record player too! Plenty of other activities to keep all entertained in finished gameroom. Will be sure to come back next time we visit Somerset!

We flew in from California to attend our sons wedding. The cute cabin comfortably fit 10! That’s was 7 adults, two children and a dog. The owners mean what they say when they welcome pets. They have dog bowls out, toys to play with, dog beds, brush and leash. The kitchen has all of your basic kitchen necessities. The bathrooms were well stocked and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They boys enjoyed the basement game room and outdoor games provided. I would recommend this place to my friends.

We recently stayed here and were very impressed with all there is to do not just around but on the property. The basement is a great bonus with kids young and old and keeps everyone well entertained.

I highly recommend booking Mike and Rebecca’s home for a nice getaway. The house had the perfect cabin feel without being too remote. Check-in was simple and the home was very clean. All necessary amenities were provided. The labeled cabinets in the kitchen were a great touch and made our nights/dinners in easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

This stay was a great winter weekend retreat for my family and dog. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and full of holiday amenities like firewood, marshmallows, and a Christmas tree. There was also a dog bed with plenty of toys. The cabin was clean and up to date with smart tvs and roku devices. Playing pool and darts in the basement was fun too. Would definitely recommend.

The house was in a nice location and looked pretty much like it does in the pictures. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy family. The water pressure in the shower downstairs was like a trickle but they did said they were waiting for a part. My only issue would be, me being a first time user of this app, I didn’t read the fine print. The price of each night was a little high (in my opinion), the cleaning fee was way too high and you had to purchase damage insurance that was too high for two nights. You would think with a high cleaning fee you wouldn’t have to strip your beds and take the towels and put them in the washer but you did. The owners would respond quickly to any questions I had. I'm not saying this was a bad place to stay, just in my opinion the prices where a little high. So if I decide to ever use this app again I will have to read the fine print.

My family met at this home as a midway point for all of us, The fenced in back yard is ideal for my dog and 4 year old grandson. They had thoughtfully added items such as popcorn and s'mores supplies.
When I contacted the owner, he was very responsive.

Planned a weekend away from the city to golf at somerset golf course. The house is beautiful and the perfect place to hangout. Ended up raining the whole weekend. There was not one moment of boredom. We played cornhole, stayed on the pool table and darts. The house is close to everything in town walmart being the furthest thing away, 10 mins. 10/10 recommend staying at Mike's place!

The property and grounds are as beautiful as the photos portray, especially the large, lovely family room. The house was well stocked without being cluttered. The owners did an impressive job of neatly and labelling cabinets in a way that helps you quickly find what you need while still being unobtrusive.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well there. The towels, linens, and blankets were very clean and fresh, as was the whole house. Though this is a dog-friendly house and there are dog beds and toys around, I did not see any dog hair anywhere nor detect any dog odors. The electronic door lock worked well. In the few communications we had with the owners, they were very pleasant and easy to talk to. We ended up not using the basement game room, but it looked like a comfortable place to hang out and play pool or video games. WiFi and TV both worked well.
The location of the house was perfect for us. It was close to our relatives and a short driving distance from restaurants and the entrance to the turn pike.
We really enjoyed staying here and would happily do so again.

This property is gorgeous! So spacious. Our teenagers really enjoyed the arcade games and pool table in the game room, and the fire pit. My husband and I loved the porch swing and it’s view, as well as the diverse album collection. Our bulldog loved the fenced in yard.

Location is just like the pictures had a wonderful time the hosts were wonderful they kept in contact with us make sure that we were Comfy Best time ever Even though we didn’t bring our pets we could see how cute the pet stuff was

Great vacation house
We (two couples, two dogs) stayed here for three nights. The property is excellent for a relaxing stay. The house is well-laid out, with a really nice common room set up well for tv, music, games, etc. Bedrooms including beds, bathrooms, kitchen are all nice. One couple stayed downstairs and one upstairs, so we had good privacy and our own bathrooms. The fenced backyard is terrific, with patio for us, big grassy area for the dogs, nice and quiet with a peaceful wooded area along the back fence. Location is great, right outside the main part of town. The hosts are excellent, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
