The property has everything you would need to enjoy St. Louis. Great location, clean and well equipped in the kitchen.

Quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and location was great. We were able to drive a short distance to a concert at the Enterprise Center. The host was responsive and easygoing! Be prepared for stairs to get in! It was very private, which we liked. Street parking was readily available, though a little more scarce when we got home from the concert around midnight.

Family of 3 stayed here when dropping a student off at WashU. Neighborhood had a great park, close to the Botanical Gardens and several restaurants all within walking distance. It was convenient to everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet at night. Great place.

Can't beat the location and it's a beautiful older home. No qualms but make sure you're aware that you'll have to navigate stairs and the A/C isn't central. Still, I would recommend!

The home is older and has the charming features of classic homes. Hard wood floors and stained glass. Very well maintained and very comfortable. Great neighborhood. I went for a walk every day. Near Zoo (free) and great restaurants. we tried Charlie Gittos and loved it. Sweet art bakery only a few minutes walk for breakfast every day. Baileys range has the best chilli.

Nice neighborhood. Immaculate. The three bedrooms are in different locations in the home so you are not disturbed by other guests. We highly recommend.

This rental was perfect for our weekend in St Louis for Wash U graduation. Parking is easier than locations directly by campus. The apartment had everything you could need and was very comfortable.

This is an older property and we loved the charm. The neighborhood was very walkable with Tower Grove park just steps away and lots of cute little shops and cafes nearby. The space was thoughtfully designed with nice touches to make it feel homey and there was. Also space to get down time when traveling with others. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and Icame into town for a Cardinals game with my grown boys and their significant others. We were able to enjoy casual meals together, watch football on the big TV and enjoy each other. Plenty of parking options and we all said we wished we had more time to explore area around rental - walking distance to several cute places and parks. Beds super comfortable and strong wifi. Vintage charm galore, like original hardware, woodwork, flooring, stained glass which we loved but does mean no central a/c (numerous window units as needed) and a smaller bathroom if those things are important to you. With 6 adults we had plenty of space and overall we would come back and recommend!

Went to St. Louis to celebrate my 40th with my 5 sisters and this place was perfect. Close to downtown, The Hill, shopping, everything is within 15min. Owners were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall great stay! The bed off the kitchen was quite hard. Other beds were great! Had to walk a good ways to find a dumpster. The snacks were great

Really enjoyed the place and with 6 people there was plenty of space for us all. We decided to bring dinner home so we could enjoy our time together. We all felt so comfortable with the home.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay. Very neat and clean, comfy beds, very well decorated and overall an amazing experience for us! Excellent communication! Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

The rental is newly renovated and the upstairs floor of a home. It was spacious, tastefully appointed, and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the snacks, coffee and tea that were offered. Location is fantastic: close to Tower Grove Park, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, two universities, the Missouri Botanical Gardens and a short drive to downtown.

The rental is newly renovated and the upstairs floor of a home. It was spacious, tastefully appointed, and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the snacks, coffee and tea that were offered. Location is fantastic: close to Tower Grove Park, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, two universities, the Missouri Botanical Gardens and a short drive to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, neat and simple. We wanted to visit Ballpark Village which is a short Uber away, so this was perfect for a place to stay the night! However, I do wish the check in was earlier than 5pm.

Kitchen has basics for cooking, and Keurig/coffee supplies. Easy communication with owners, easy self check in with keypad smart lock. Walking distance to a few bars, restaurants, coffee spots, and Tower Grove Park (we visited farmers market on Saturday AM). We had a great time, would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful home for 3 nights and 4 days. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. No issues. Everything was clean and cozy. The owners definitely put a lot of time and effort into making it feel like home. Highly recommend!.
