Absolutely loved our stay here. The beach is a short 10 minutes away. Quick drive to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The attention to detail from the owners is spot on, the labels, the information book, the games, pool and beach chairs etc.. game room! Comfy beds, very clean house with good quality appliances etc.
Definitely will return. Highly recommended.

My family (5 adults and 3 kids ages 6 months to 10 years) stayed here for a week, and we loved it. We do a beach vacation every year for our family Christmas tradition, and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed over the last few years. The neighborhood was quiet and free from the normal, sometime noisy tourists. The house had everything we could need, including games, beach towels and beach toys (and even coffee!) It was walking distance to the beach and some good restaurants. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach, and we would even return in the future!

The home was cozy, clean, and stylish. We loved how spacious and well stocked the kitchen was. The alarm on the sliding door to the pool was a little annoying but I am guessing that families with children would appreciate it. The walk to the beach was short. The beach shed was a little messy but had plenty of gear for a day at the beach. The only real negative part of the stay was the murphy bed location. This property is really better suited to 6 adults, not 8 but we made it work. There is no privacy where the murphy bed is located.

We had a fabulous time at this property! Great location in a safe and pretty subdivision! Easy walk to the beach and gorgeous heated pool to relax in! Very comfortable to swim morning to night! The kitchen was large and had plenty of space for us to prepare fun meals together! The garage is awesome! Lots of fun and completion was had! So happy to have found this location. Teresa is an incredible host! Very well stocked property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cocoa Beach Bliss- it was everything we hoped for to enjoy our long weekend away with family. Every amenity you can possibly think of and need was provided.. the game room was fun and the pool is a tropical paradise.. the host was amazingly responsive and kind. We cannot wait to return.🌞

Kitchen amazing. Perfect pool for all ages. Easy walk and access to the beach. Night time launch and a day time launch. Nice quiet neighborhood. Ping pong table was great also.

We spent three nights with three generations of family and had such an amazing time! Even though it was stifling hot the pool was refreshing, the game room was a blast, and the proximity of the beach and restaurants was perfect. The extra amenities that were included prove that Teresa takes care in her property and happiness of the guests. Highly recommend this home!!!

This is a beautiful home that is fully stocked with everything you would need for a great vacation. Our grandkids loved the pool. Quiet neighborhood. And our host was quickly available if we had questions.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend vacation. We have nothing bad to say about this rental. The house was very clean with plenty of extra bath and beach towels. There were also extra chairs, umbrella and a cooler for the beach. The location is great as well, an easy walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The best part though is the pool it was so nice and relaxing. This house had everything that we needed.

Teresa was a gem to work with. She responded so quickly to any communication we had. The house is amazing with the pool in the backyard. Very private with the fenced in yard. Beach was just a few blocks away & great location to the nearest grocery store, restaurants & shopping. Easy to get to from the Orlando airport. We really enjoyed our stay…5 stars for sure!

Our family of 5 stayed in this wonderful beach home for a week. Our three teenage boys spent hours in the pool and the game room. Loved how we could walk to the beach and downtown where there was a few great restaurants we checked out. The beach house is located on a nice quiet street.
We would definitely rent this home again if traveling to Cocoa Beach. Teresa was wonderful. Quick to response when we had an questions.
One thing I would love to have added would be a few throw blankets for when we were laying on the couch at night but other than that this place was perfect for us.

I spent a week at this property with my husband, my mother, my cousin and her husband. It is wonderful!
The pool is very nice - lots of great furniture to enjoy the sun or if you want to sit in the shade there is plenty of room in the shade.
The house is very well stocked and the hostess could not be better!
The location is a quick walk to the beach - with wagon and chairs available for use at the beach.
It is everything we needed plus more! We would love to come back with grandkids next time!

Really enjoyed our stay at this Cocoa Beach house. Location was great with a very short walk to the beach and several nightspots. The host, Teresa, was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to any question I had. She provides a great welcome book with clear instructions on how to operate things. The kitchen cabinets were labeled with what was inside which made everything easier to find.
The house was spotless and well stocked with supplies. We used the gas grill a lot and there was an extra tank available when we ran out. The backyard was great with a beautiful pool and landscaping. There is a large dining table outside where we ate most of our meals. The game room provided many hours of enjoyment. We stayed at the house for 4 weeks and it really felt like home. Thanks Teresa.

If you are looking for a fantastic property in Cocoa Beach, this is it! The location was a quick walk from the beach. Lots of great beach toys were provided for use.
The home is extremely clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 8 for a week's stay. We cooked most nights, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed playing in the game room and in the pool when we were not at the beach.
The host, Teresa, was absolutely fantastic to work with. She communicated promptly, and we appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. We can not thank her enough!
Our family made the best memories while staying at this wonderful property. I would absolutely book this home again for our next visit to the area.

Fabulous home with everything we needed. From kitchen essentials for cooking meals, to items needed for young child and infant, this place is ideal. Great pool, comfortable beds, super location, grill, TV’s, all very nice! Oh, and super responsive host Theresa!

Communication from the start to end was amazing and prompt. This was The coziest house, and very close to the beach. My kids really enjoyed the game room. Incase the pool is still being worked on, don’t let it deter you away from renting. We will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband and I, our 3 kids, and my parents all stayed together. The house was spotless, organized, spacious, and beyond well stocked with everything we needed. There were board games, on top of the air hockey, a giant connect four, corn hole and ping-pong table. The beach is a 7 minute walk and was absolutely beautiful! There are restaurants close enough to walk to also. Space Center was a 30 minute easy drive too. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family and really helped to make our time spent together more fun and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer really came in handy, and everything was organized and well though out. Theresa was amazing, responsive, and helpful! We will definitely be back!
