There are numerous repairs needed in this property. The following are broken; Washing machine, bedroom blinds, fly screen, BBQ, television. The bed linen and towels are very well used and need to be replaced. The house is not in a fit state for habitation.

We already knew the location as we have been staying there consistently. The various pools, the proximity to the beach, the well maintained gardens and the easy to use the hotel spa and indoor pool are always a must.

The house was an absolute disgrace when we arrived. It hadn't been cleaned or aired, there were cobwebs and accumulated dust everywhere. The beds were not freshly made as someone had already slept on them (pubic hairs in the sheets and bedside tables, pillows smelling of headsweat). The pots and pans were covered with a layer of mold and there were dead bugs in the cabinets. Olga manages the property but only when the owner requires. She tried to amend the situation and proactively cleaned the house the next day with her crew and offered a complimentary clean again mid week. However she is not called in to clean the house and prepare it for the guests when the owner of the property claims that they are doing it themselves. To top the week off, Olga had advised us that we could do a late check out to compensate for the horrible experience of arriving to a house that had not been cleaned but the owner changed that last minute so we felt we were being chased out of the property, after having paid an ungodly amount to stay there with my sister, elderly mother, husband and son,
