The place is very close to the centeral station of Rome (Termini) so it allowed us to go everywhere through the Metro system very quickly and easily, there's also a big bus station there, which has lines to almost everywhere in the city.
The area itself is kinda sketchy, lot of scammers and kinda scary at night (like every place near a centeral station in the world). It feels safe and there are lots of police forces there, yet, there is some noise at night.

No safe and felt unsafe at night

Very good location. Just 3-4min walk to Roma termini. And also a laundering service (EUR 14 for washing & drying) in 2min walk.
Supermarket just next door.
Mini fridge inside the room. AC is good. Host is very helpful.
Bathroom is little cramped.
Electrical kettle in the room but no tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.

The room itself was clean, the entrance and the lobby were clean.
While the location is very close to the. Station, metro and a bus hub- it is not in a great area. Lots of drugs in the streets and while very busy during the day, by evening it did not feel safe. I would not recommend to anyone who is a solo traveller.
