This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 10 day trip. The staff was so incredibly helpful and nice. They made a fabulous recommendation for lunch, gave us a complete lay of the land for the town and even got up super early on our day of departure, prior to 5:00AM, to check us out, give us a boxed breakfast and make sure our transfer was there to take us to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in Cavtat. We stayed in the newly renovated residence building adjacent to the main hotel and our room was wonderful. Great view of the water through some lovely trees that provided some privacy as well. The gym was small, but had everything we needed. The pool was so peaceful and the numerous lounge areas were all perfect places to relax. This is where you MUST stay when you visit the little gem of a town to get away from the crowds and cruise tourists of Dubrovnik. You could even stay here and take a water taxi to Dubrovnik to do all the activities there.
There was nothing we did not like. The only thing to mention is that there are limited chairs by the pool, so you may need to get out there early if you want a spot. If that fails, you can walk right across the street and sit by the public beach, which is also beautiful.
