The room overlooks the archaeological site and cleanliness received by the owner
Nothing.

This is very much a homestay rather than a hotel. There were no signs indicating a hotel and we were greeted by someone waving from a window in an apartment block. All the rooms are on one floor of the block and the owners lived across the corridor from our room.
We had the suite with balcony which is self contained with bathroom and living room. The suite was nice if a little quirky and had a view over the Roman ruins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the evening meal we had was very good value.
The location is very good for visiting the ruins .
First impressions were not good as we were expecting something more like a hotel.

The views of the room at fabulous - it was the best room we stayed at in our whole trip in Jordan
This is not hotel specific, but there was an ashtray in the room meaning there is still the mentality of allowing people to smoke indoors and in 2025 this should be a thing of the past
