Posizione meravigliosa, pace e silenzio. Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Piscina comoda e bella.

The location of Fattoria Il Piano is perfect. You are only 10 minutes away from San Gimignano and you are in the heart of Tuscany. The drive to get there can be a little bit intense, but I promise you it's 100% worth it. The views are amazing, our apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook there. A very peaceful stay. Thank you Federico!

Everything was perfect. Nothing to add here.

This place has huge potential, mostly because of its location and amazing outside space.

However, we found the service frankly quite poor. Understandably this is not a hotel, but some of the issues certainly made us uncomfortable. Had issues with the hot water (there was a faulty boiler that smelled of gas) which were only solved the next day, with us insisting on getting it fixed and being told to contact the handyman ourselves. House was ok, the bathroom was very clean and comfy, but a part of the door fell on one of us when we opened it and was super close to an injury. A massive reason why we chose this place was because we could take our dog. They offer you a free wine tasting that we couldn’t attend with the dog and simply gave up in the end as we found the person that does the tasting quite rude. We weren’t told he had an aggressive dog with him that was off leash and when we arrived to the bit where they did the tasting, his dog (an enormous, beautiful, yet aggressive dog) basically attacked our dog. His response? That it was our fault and we shouldn’t have brought the dog there. Not even a single sorry. A warning would have been nice.
