Our Lakeside room wasn't to our expectations so they immediately took action and upgraded us. It was very kind and we plan on coming back

The pools and spa were pretty dirty by the lighthouse. There were a lot of spiders in our building inside and out of our rooms. There was also a Cheeto looking stain on the bedding.
