I stayed there in september of 2026, location is amazing, close to both metro and bus stops, literally next to the vatican and very close to some delightful restaurants (Il Colibri is a great restaurant). Two rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. All of it was very clean. The host was incredible, very helpful. She sent clear instructions upon arrival, responded instantly to my messages and helped with ordering a taxi. Overall would recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

Excellent locatiion, steps away from the Vatican and major public transport, farmers' market, etc. Gioia is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful.
The entry door's key needs to be changed/fixed AND the shower needs to provide hot water all the time in each bathroom. The current status of the hot water pressure and distribution is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please do not rent it out until this is fixed. It is very unprofessional and unfair.
