Nice, we'll featured and spacious apartment. No elevator, but it's only one floor up. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage, though we did have a two month infant so not sure if that's standard or not. We were grateful for the unexpected help. Staff overall were all great. Convenient access to the airport tram/train station. About a 10-15 minute walk to most attractions which was fine even with a stroller. Most comfortable bed of our stay in Italy. Stayed at two other locations.

Rug/floor mat (looks like a bath mat) by the bed was absolutely filthy. I pushed it under the bed. Some uncleaned liquid splatters on the wall near the bed nightstand. Other things like this, but overall very clean apartment minus a few spots. Two aircons, only one controller, and the controller was missing parts and couldn't adjust temperature. Maybe I was missing something. But it was set two 22 so was still able to cool it. Would've preferred cooler, like 21. For the shower, it could not maintain stable temperature. Seemed the hot water heater was cycling off. So you'd get scalding hot and then freezing cold, without touching handle. Leaving the bathroom sink faucet a little open at hot setting while showering helped make it so there was enough water volume moving through hot water heater that it didn't cycle off and could maintain stable temperature.

The staff were very helpful. I arrived two hours earlier than the check-in time and they allowed me to store my luggage in the hotel next to the apartment and when I checked in I found my luggage in my room already! The apartment was cleaned everyday. The stairs were overall manageable since the apartment was on the first floor. I like the kitchen most as I can buy some water and milk for breakfast as well as some fruit! Location is good!

The temperature for the shower was unstable. It was sometimes very high and became very low after I tried to adjust it. Nothing else.

Excellent location - walking distance from city, shops, and train station, great checkin, great communication with host. Excellent room size and facilities inside.

Atrocious shower. Its either too hot or too cold. Could not have a decent shower water temperature! Not what I was expecting for the 300 euros per night!
