Great communication. Alberto was lovely, friendly and the instructions for meeting were very clear. As we landed early he messaged to say we could check in an hour early which was great. You are right in the heart of restaurants and shopping areas. Beaches were about 10 mins away and we also walked to Siam Park for the day (around 20 mins). Very clean and spacious apartment with a small outside area.
Equipment is a bit limited if you're wanting to cook meals (which we didn't) but there's enough for making breakfast, lunches etc.

Great location. Community Swimming pool for use. Clean and good facilities
These are locals apartments and not holiday apartments as such. Although for the money it did the job
No safe to keep valuables
No towels for pool use
No iron or ironing board for clothes
