Quiet beach location, away from the tourist zones. Easy bus access to Punaji and walking distance to Dona Paula.
The beach is shallow and has coastguard patrol - only me on the beach sunbathing and swimming, along with some fishermen doing their jobs.
Pleasant stay with very good Persian restaurant on site.
The menus in the room for outside restaurant room delivery didn't actually scan to a restaurant site - could have phoned but as a foreigner, this is less likely. Thankfully, I had great food whilst out and at the Persian restaurant Schandis.

There was no breakfast included. The attached restaurant is too costly but cozy. The rooms are clean and spacious for a single person. The view and the balcony are exceptional
There should have been a room service.

Pool is nice, and it’s very close to the beach
Zero effort to make the most of the pool & outside area- no furniture, umbrellas, or outside service. Could be lovely but seems they can’t be bothered.
Also, why a Persian restaurant on site? Isn’t Goan food good? 🤷♂️
