Very welcoming (thank you!), spotlessly clean with everything needed for several nights stay. Quiet at night. Great value for Nice when other apartments are super pricey or booked out.
The room was warm mid day and probably super hot in summer. The fan was welcome. The location is a little far to walk into town yet we had bicycles; not a problem for us.

A very good option for those who prefer staying at a budget-friendly accommodation and spending more for food and entertainment (like we did :) ) The staff at the reception desk were responsive, polite and friendly before our trip and on the check-in day (so, it was stress-free for us running a bit late). It's just a 20-min bus ride from the city center; Lidl is less than 10-min slow walk from the accomodaiton; the nearest bus stop is just across the street. You can cook in the room as you've got plenty of stuff for that. Also, we had a plenty of shelves, cabinets and an extension table.
The position of some outlets across the room makes you brainstorm how to plug in your devices and the room appliances. Also, a big drawback for me was the black mould in the shower. A bit hot in the room, though we weren't surprised as we had been informed in advance by the staff that we'd have only a ventilator in the room.

Good parking for my car was available with plenty of spaces, with an elevator to my floor.
It was clean and modern enough.
I could checkin during night hours as well, since my keys were put in a locker with a code.
The checking information (keys with a locker) could have been given earlier since I had to ask for this mulitple times. But the same day I received the code for opening the locker.
