Solitude, rustic space, pool was well kept, clean. Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Pleasant and responsive staff.

Easy fixes: A few more spices in the kitchen like pepper would be nice. Ice trays. An extra towel for pool use. A little shampoo/conditioner for the shower. The parking needs more structure so not to have to back 300 ft downhill before turning around. Real garbage bags.

Las vistas eran espectaculares. La tranquilidad y la cercanía a Siena.

The apartment has a beautiful garden and a gorgeous, well-maintained pool. It is ideal for a summer stay, especially if you have a child! The apartment itself was very nice and decorated in a rustic style. The bed linens and towels were clean and crisp. We had a comfortable stay and particularly enjoyed using the pool in the evenings.

Athough a property with such a fantastic pool is definitely worth the money, a few small updates would make it perfect: Maintenance & Comfort: The light above the bathroom mirror was missing (it looks like it’s waiting to be replaced), and a fresh coat of paint in a few spots would look nice. There is an older air conditioning unit (that we did not use) that seemed a bit small for the whole apartment—fortunately, it wasn't too hot at night during our stay, but ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. Kitchen Essentials: Providing new sponges for washing dishes would also be a appreciated touch. Directions & Signage: There are no signs advertising the property from the road. When arriving by car using GPS, make sure to keep left when you are about 2–3 km away. Do not take the first right after crossing the bridge; take the next one instead! Payment Note: Keep in mind that local tourist taxes must be paid in cash, as bank transfers are not accepted for this property.
