location was great. Michelle the host was fabulous even welcomed us with homemade cakes. A supply of milk coffee and tea was also available.

This was a wonderful two bedroom over garage apartment.
The property is dog friendly and there is a 3.5 acre garden for responsible dog walking.
The area is also great for walks and only a few minutes drive or twenty or so minute walk into Minehead. So location is excellent.
Possibly one of the best holiday lets I have stayed in. And the hostess was superb.
She even put up a Christmas tree and provided a festive table setting and crackers.
Hopefully will get a chance to return sometime soon.

Cosy, immaculately presented, quiet location and beautiful surrounding garden.
Nice little welcome touches like freshly baked cakes :)
Couldn’t stay longer as had to return to work :(

Clean and not cluttered. Host extremely friendly and welcoming. Made to feel at home.
Entrance driveway to the property is a sharp turning on a slope with minimal space.
Property had electric gates which required a passenger to get out and operate to gain entry. However once inside ample parking and delightful gardens.

The Dell is a lovely flat in the grounds of the hosts property. It is clean and comfortable with an amazing garden at the side which is available for guests to use. The property is ideally situated for visiting Minehead itself as well as beautiful Exmoor. The hosts are really friendly and very helpful.
There is nothing I didn’t like but there is an external staircase up to the flat which might be an issue for less mobile guests.

nice, big television. access not too bad, but I knew there were going to be stairs before we went.
