Me gustó que el lugar prácticamente se vea y olía a nuevo.

No me gustó que había demasiado ruido por una fiesta pero nos solucionaron y nos reubicaron en otra habitación más alejada del ruido.

This is a great place to stay if you want to go to the Rio party’s but don’t want to stay there. The pool and hot tub is excellent and the air con was phenomenal! The staff were lovely and flexible. It’s a fun place to, we met lots of people around the pool having a few drinks before heading to Rio.

The house is great. However the food options around the area are awful so just be aware of that.

Modern clean rooms, air conditioner, very convenient location for el rio hostel party goers, good cheap food options close by

- At check-in, the lady was very indifferent and seemed completely uninterested. She didn’t provide us with any information and came across as quite cold and unhelpful. Later, we brought some beers from outside, and another staff member was annoyed that we had brought our own drinks. Well, if someone had told us beforehand that we were expected to purchase drinks from the property, it would have been a different story. Anyhow, both ladies were unpleasant to interact with. - There is no proper window as such. You can open the wooden shutters, but that leaves you fully exposed to the outside, with no mosquito net or glass. Sometimes we wanted to let in some daylight without having the window fully open, but that’s not really possible unless you want to be completely exposed to the outdoors.

Receptionist was friendly and they did my washing for free as a way of apology.

Night 1 - Party that lasted until 5 am right outside the window on a Monday night. Woken up at 7 am the next morning as the party continued. Night 3 - had to steal a ladder from the building sit next door to climb onto the balcony and get into the room as the key they had given me was for a different door. A/C and WiFi worked about half of the time.
