Richard was always really a great help, he was ready to welcome us and also made sure that we enjoy our stay. He took us for a tour to show us where everything is and that made it easy for us. We didn’t have to keep asking. The place is spacious and very clean.

Just saw a few roaches but i think they can that with fumigation. It is self catering so when we book for 6 people 6 of everything in terms of cutlery and towels. All the toilets had half or almost nothing toilet rolls.

Family setting environment. Warm and cozy and spotless. Richard was extremely helpful and willing to fulfill requests we had. He aims to please.

Main bedroom, bathroom were spacious and bedding was clean. The house is very spacious, the fridge and the pool were also clean.

On our arrival we were greeted by a very big spider on the ceiling and the main bathroom window is broken and there is a very big hole, main bedroom window is having a big crack and there was dirt on the windows behind the curtains.Windows were dirty and main bathroom carpets were not cleaned.Even though the bedding was clean,my daughter couldn't sleep for the duration of our stay and she was so bruised and i had to go to the chemist to buy her allergex and biocort which couldn't help.We even bought doom and sprayed the room but it also couldn't help. There was only one bread knife,no grater and the kitchen need serious renovations. The garden also needs attention.
