It is out of the way in a small town. The separate rooms part is much newer than the main house where the restaurant and staff quarters are.
Cynthia (?) Was very friendly, helpful and accommodating when I had to extend a day because I accidentally gave myself food poisoning.
The room was fairly large, room amenities were nice etc.
Breakfast would have been nice, but we went to a restaurant down the road and got a good breakfast.
It wasn't well.signed, thank goodness for Google maps and being on a low speed road!

Quaint property and very reasonable
Far away from cafes and shops

I liked the sitting area in the trees, needs attention, I like the cabin room like set up
Fix the window in the main house, it's very off setting to the arrival.

Central. Quiet outside. Clean. Good location in town and along our route. The pub/bar in the town had good food. Only one other restaurant in the town.
Our room was dark as it had only one small basement sized window and poor lighting. The air conditioner kept coming on and off disturbing sleep. Both doors squeaked. No cell service in town but wifi in hotel.
