Property was nice and as described in the listing. My only issue really is that the building next door was under renovation so the hot tub couldn't be used.

Very clean home with a lovely porch overlooking the beach. Super convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is beautiful. Only a few things that hindered our stay. 1. We were in an end unit right next to the next condo building and I wish we would have known that there was going to be construction going on 6 days a week on the building 20 feet from us and the hot tub was out of order; which would have been nice to use because it was over cast and rainy for 4 of the 9 days of our stay and 2. There was a chain smoker right above us which made it impossible to sit out on the patio and enjoy ourselves. Our main goal was to relax, enjoy the view and for the cost, we were disappointed that we couldn’t do either because of the noise and the smoke. We would recommend asking about these things when booking to have a better experience.

There were several of us staying at this property. The hosts were wonderful at answering all of my numerous questions—and quickly! Property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Information was available for wifi access and parking.

Could not be happier with our choice on a place to stay for our beach vacation with family and friends. Decor was fantastic and everything you would need was provided for a great stay. Property Manager was very responsive and great to work with. Will be back for sure!

This 3-bedroom condo has been beautifully remodeled and decorated for a very comfortable stay. The condo is very well equipped, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living room was very specious for our family of 7. The parking garage was also well equipped with beach chairs, a variety of beach toys and even a cooler. Our only negative comment was out of the control of the condo, however, there were two different very large groups who pretty much took over the pool area most of the days we were there and were very loud with a karaoke machine blasting from one of their patios, dancing, and drinking poolside all day long until about 11 p.m. Our kids did not feel comfortable using the pool on any of the days we were there due to the crowds in the pool. All in all, it is a beautiful condo in an average building but the location was very convenient to stores and a few good restaurants.

We came after my daughters univ of Florida graduation and had an awesome time. Condo was super clean & beds were comfy and loved the views and deck. nice to have beach chair service. Also nice condo provided beach towels& lots of beach stuff in garage. We loved walking to lots of restaurants! Only downer was people upstairs were loud & last night the bldg fire alarm went off in middle of night

We all were wowed by the sweeping view of the Gulf from the living room and balcony. The swimming pool and the condo were so clean, and so was the perfect sandy beach. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied for serving meals, and the beach towels and toys made it easy to enjoy our time outside. We couldn't have asked for a better or more beautiful place to stay.

The unit was beautiful and yet comfortable. The property was overall very clean, there was a guy who was constantly sweeping sand out of the exterior halls, elevator, etc. It was crazy how much effort they put into keeping things clean. The unit had everything we could possibly need and more. There was everything youd need to enjoy the beach located in the garage. Just a 10/10, my favorite VRBO stay thus far. Tiki bar and restaurant next door, ice cream shop was a 2 minute drive away, great food available locally - but the kitchen was so well stocked, we ended up doing some of our own cooking. Just a great place!

Came here with friends for a friends 40th birthday. Condo was really nice, just like in the pictures. Had tons of beach chairs, wagon, coolers, etc. It is right on the beach and there’sa cute tiki bar/restaurant right next door. You do have to drive/Uber to Johns Pass for fun shopping and tons of on the water restaurant but over all great trip!

Amazing Condo. Plenty of Room and clearly recently renovated with the best finishings. Best supplied kitchen with all new dishes and such (with lots of good restaurants close by if cooking isn't your thing). Clean, comfortable, good beds and what a view! The beach is lovely sand and the sunsets are spectacular. Great TV options if you want to chill out after a day in the sun. It is a condo so you hear the people above (chairs being moved and little feet pitter pattering) but it settled down early so not a big problem for us. The elevator is a bit slow but we took the stairs. Pool nice and clean. Good amenities in the storage locker. The garage parking is tight unless you have a small car, but plenty of parking in the open lot. Good communication with the property management company. No issues or complaints. Would love to come again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. Beautiful design and just a few steps to the beach. The area is family friendly, very quite and relaxing. The renter provided beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and floaties. We just loved out stay here, wish I rented it for a week. We’ll be back and I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here. The condo was clean and had incredible beachfront gulf views. Great location and close proximity to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Everything inside looked exactly like the listing photos with a beautiful ultra modern beachy vibe. We loved the kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and cool, funky looking bedrooms. Everything was perfect - loved it!

The condo as well appointed! Literally everything we could’ve asked for was there! Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, on the beach! Just what we needed in the middle of 10 days at Disney and it was less than 2 hour drive!!

My friends and I take an annual girl trip every year. This condo was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, pillows, comfy beds, etc. The location to the beach was perfect for a relaxing girly getaway.

The condo was great and beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach with a fully stocked condo. The communication with the property manager was very easy and had a smooth check-in/check-out. Would highly recommend!

The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Pictures don't do it justice. We appreciated the access to beach bags, chairs, umbrella, a cooler, water toys etc. So convenient! Loved the view from the spacious balcony and the easy beach access. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed it so much!

The unit was clean and well stocked with the needed necessaries. The pool was well maintained and we had easy access to the beach.

Loved the property. Everything was what it said and more. Had seasoning for food and all the Beach toys needed. Only issue we had was the elevator stopped working multiple times but someone kept coming to fix it. I would also recommend an hour earlier check out.
