Spacious property with private parking.
Rhian, the host, made all the arrangements so easy, really great communication with her and everything was how she suggested it would be.
Centrally located, easy to find, and close to all amenities.

Location wise, the property was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk into town, and 10 minutes to the lake. I chose Bala because it was half way between Zip World and Cader Idris. Rhian, the host, was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Helped me out on a number of occasions and is such a lovely lady.
The house is very dated and not conducive to sitting outside as it's just a concrete courtyard. The conservatory was a lovely space, but got very hot, especially in the recent heatwaves we've been having.

Very comfortable, clean and just like home from home. Situated as perfect base for touring, with ample secure parking at the rear conservatory entrance. The property is well run and any questions are quickly addressed by the owner.
This property is very comfortable and has enough as a base. It's not easy to find anything to dislike.
