We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the pool was a highlight, and the property itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.Unfortunately, our experience with the property management company was disappointing. We arrived late in the evening and had difficulty getting into the unit. The instructions were unclear; it would have been helpful to specify entering through the front door, as the keypad was difficult to see in the dark, and the garage keypad does not work.A security deposit was required with the understanding it would be returned after checkout if there were no damages. We were not contacted after our stay and had to follow up ourselves regarding the refund, which is frustrating. At this point, we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned and will be contacting our credit card company if it is not resolved soon.Additionally, the required in-person check-in and check-out meetings felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Because our departure time was very early in the morning, we were told we did not need to meet; however, it seems this was not communicated, as we were contacted again the day before checkout. We also found that basic supplies were limited or not provided. Be prepared to purchase essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and similar items during your stay.Overall, the property itself was great, but the management experience could definitely be improved.

Clean, well stocked kitchen utensils and dishes, plenty of towels, beautiful lanai.

Entire experience was excellent and the home beautiful. 10/10.

We booked this beautiful home for a weekend away with out little family. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Clean home and pool. We had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing get away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would totally recommend to anyone considering to book this place.
